Dunno about being a Mu.. But I would like the outfit.
And then picking some other class with electric powers. -
-
Done a test where I attacked 50 Bane Spider Commandos of same level
25 Shatter attacks with build up
25 without
And while there is a diffrence, it isn't really by much imo.
But since people seem to like it, how about they add the extra damage and to hit permantly to bane Spiders, and then give another power instead? -
At the goldfarmer problem:
I have spotted alot of them on hero and villain side. Petitioned them all.
They all follow the same pattern:
Same toon name as global name.
No real badges other then AE badges.
They dont respond to tells.
When looking at them move around outside AE, they move one by one. As if they are controlled by the same person/bot.
Almost all of them are Fire/Kin, minus 1 or 2 of them in each group. (might be the one used for attacking?)
Names looking randomly generated.
Costumes looking randomly generated.
coincidence? Don't think so.. Last two days I have petitioned around 25 names.
It's easy to see the diffrence between new players and this. -
Quote:I knew I should have added " but now someone is most likely gonna say "if you want a heal, pick the one from Medicine" -.- "10 seconds of awesome.
Enough said.
If you need a self heal that bad, take Aid Self.
I am not talking about what I want.. I was talking about what would be more useful. Those 10 secs doesn't do anything for me.
Can't be the only one that have it that way.
Anyway the problem with Aid Self is you need to pick another power from Medicine before you can pick it.
PS. who says I haven't picked it?
But guessing now since I say that, you are gonna say "oh, you just want people to agree with you?" or "can't handle a little opposition?"
? :P -
Dunno if it's just me, but I feel the [Build up] power isn't really worth much.
Already I feel I am placed rather high on the damage meter without it.
And I can't really notice to much diffrence in damage and hitting with it on.
Personally I would rather have a self heal power there or something else.
It could just be me thats wrong on it, but I really don't see a point of build up.
What do you think.. Is build up even good for anything? Do you use it much? Do you notice any diffrence with it on and off? -
Dunno if this have already been asked and answered. And sorry if it already have and I just failed at doing a search.
But are villains allowed to pick Ancillary Power Pools or do they have to stick with Patron Power Pools if they switch sides? and vise versa for Heroes ?
Since aren't the Patron Power Pools directly connected to the Arachnos Patron: Black Scorpion, Captain Mako, Ghost Widow, and Scirocco?
Or are they possiblely(hopefully) able to pick from both? -
I was really surprised no one was using my name. Now I am just happy. :3

Have to agree with Col_Blitzkrieger that there might be some confusion with mobs and pets.
I have a few times after I12 came out almost gotten angry I couldn't attack an Arachnobot, which turned out to be a VEAT's pets.
I found out they have them as pets, so that isn't a problem anymore. ^^ -
Would if I could, but to much time have passed for me to edit it. ^^
But yeah the Ghost Pirates could also be used for Necromancer -
I bet I am not the first to have this idea, but since i couldn't find another topic about it.. here we go.
The idea, or atleast my idea for Henchman Customization is to make the henchmen look like diffrent mobs from enemy groups, but still keep the same powers they always had.
So it's an idea to make them changable to mobs that have similar powers/themes.
----
For Mercenaries:
Arachnos Soldiers, Wolf, Bane and Crab Siders.
Council soldiers, Nebula, Penumbra, Vortex.
Longbow, I will place Longbow as a maybe, since they are a hero group, but they could have a group gone rogue?
Malta Operatives, only the human mobs.
Nemesis soldiers, only the human mobs.
Vanguard troopers, only the human mobs.
5th Column, only the human mobs.
Crey, Guards and medics fits the soldiers and medic, Agents for Spec Ops, and Crey Armor troopers for Commando.
For Necromancy:
Banished Pantheon Zombies
Vahzilok Zombies
Halloween Zombies, but only as a maybe.
Circle of Thorns, ghosts and demons, (ghosts will however no be able to fly like normal ghosts in the game.)
Werewolves/Vampires
For Ninjas:
Tsoo ninjas, all the the Tsoo mobs could be use, the magic ones or even the Ancestor Spirit could replace the Oni.
Knives of Artemis, are very similar to ninjas in some ways.
Warriors, Also gonna place them as a maybe-list since they aren't ninjas. Cause they do use swords but not katanas/ninja blades.
For Robotics:
Arachnos, Arachnobots and Drones
Clockwork
Council/5th Column robots
Malta robots
Nemesis robots
Praetorians, AntiMatter clockworks, Neuron clockworks (Praetorians are on the maybe list)
Vanguard HVAS
For Thugs:
Dockworkers/Scrapyarders
The Family
Hellions
Infected
The Lost
Mooks
Outcasts
Skulls
Trolls
----
In my first version of the idea you don't pick one theme for all your men, but that your allowed to pick for each one of them, say a Mercenaries Mastermind with Soldiers that look like Council Penumbra soldier and a Nemesis soldier, the medic looking like a Crey medic. The Spec Ops look like two diffrent Malta Operatives. And the Commando like a Arachnos Crab Siders.
Ofcause that team would looks a bit chaotic do to the wide mix of groups, so one theme for all them hencemen wouldn't be so bad after all.
So in my second version of the idea, you would pick mobs from the theme you've chosen. If you pick the Crey theme you can get Crey Guards and Crey Medics for the soldiers and medic, Agents for Spec Ops, and Crey Armor trooper for Commando.
Problems
One problem might be that Equip and Upgrade power visual changes won't be shown. This could be fixed if they will could be shown diffrently. Like Crey Medic turns into a Crey Geneticist or Crey Scientist. etc...
Another problem is some mobs from each group won't fit for all of the henchmen, like a Werewolf might not fit so well for the Zombie Horde or even the Lich, it would look good as a Grave Knight. But Grave Knights have swords, so the visual effect of the swords wont be shown if a werewolf is chosen, instead it would attack with it's claws. But it would still be the same attacks.
Necromancy was a bit hard to pick for, since there aren't many necro/dark magic themed enemies in the game. Ninjas were even harder since there are even less ninja groups in the game. -
Hmm.. having no luck in finding a lower driver.. Nvidia only seem to have the newest.
Gonna have to check Download.com for one
Edit:
yay i am in luck. Now all I gotta do is test it. -_- -
Think thats the old synch error
Means you are out of synch with the game,
you can use the /synch command whenever it happens, but it's not a permanent fix.
just type /synch in the chat
edit:
some use /sync, but /sync and /synch does the same -
Just got a new big computer and.. my game keeps crashing after a few hours of play and I get a nvlddmkm error.
I have tried searching around, but had no luck finding a fix for it.
system specs:
Vista Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core 2Quad Q9550
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT
all drivers are up-to-date -
what? Ofcause pedestrians do still run away when there is hostiles near.
-
I was thinking of something along the lines like:
Remove collision between player and friendly players/pets/henchmen/hostages? Yes.
Make pedestrians walk around you? Yes.
Remove collision between player and hostile players/henchmen/pets? No.
Remove collision between player and any NPCs that isn't following a player? No.
Lower collision/bounding box? Some of them.
-
However
The "Make pedestrians walk around you" shouldn't make them go off track.
If your standing still on the street, they should walkaround you, but if you move infront of them again, your just being a jerk trying to block the path for them. And they should be allowed to push you to the side
Same as if your running right at them, they should be able to push you to the side. -
Try running around in a cave mission with a full team that has 2 or more masterminds with all pets out.
Really makes me wish there was no collision. -
Love this idea.

Also:
I remember that in one mission your team is given a name by the mission giver. And the NPCs you save do thank you by that team-name.
Ofcause the team-name and what the npcs say in this case are all pre-scripted, and not something random. -
suck up? Me? never..

Cookie anyone? -
