the cut scenes are annoying the 1st time and grow exponentially more so everytime you see it and developing tech to make them skipable would not be a waste of time that's all I'm gonna say

what about 2 kb IOs and the 3 piece set bonus for the gladiator IO? is 11 mag protection worth considerably more than 8 or 4?
-
Couldnt they just create a few "clawed hand" models that over lays over the normal hand making it only look as if it's not closed fist?

After reading the suggestion to split SBA I decided to actually integrate more than just the buildup proc Villain Plan by Mids' Villain Designer 1.94

After a single Protector bot shield and atleast 5% perma def buff from the 120 sec barrier I am capped to all positions and so are my protector bots, the rest get extra def cusion and all have atleast 15% resistance to all damage types much higher to psionic and lethal -
Modified build in which case I abandon all but 1 dmg proc in pgt in favor of gain slotting up my PPP hold with pvp set which gives me a 2.25 end boost and 7.5 recharge boost is this an improvement overall?

Quote:Thanks Titan Sentinel seems like exactly what I've been wantingDo yourself a huge favor:
- Grab a copy of Titan Sentinel. This will allow you to grab a copy of your build directly from the game that you can then import into Mids.
- Grab a copy of Mids so you can look over your build and save it.
You can then use Mids to view the various builds that people put forth and decide how you wish to go. -
Quote:Yeah their are indeed too many good options I think I'm going to do Cardiac/Rebirth +regen/Reactive/Warworks on my DB/Fire Brute if I ever get it to 50, been working on my bots/traps/mu and I went Alpha/Void/Reactive/Barrier/Warworks would have gone Rebirth but I realised the bots don't have enough HP to make that regen really countThanks, that last bit was basically the gist of my question - Ageless for endo so I can use Musculature alpha.
Of course that option has a lot of offense going for it, but something with cardiac/barrier would be more defensive.
Too many good choices.
Any reason why your looking into Barrier more than Rebirth +regen for your scrapper?
Something you may not have considered is Musc Alpha will boost any endurance modification powers by 33% that's an improvement to stamina and at least 1 power in body mastery I think -

Quote:In terms of time to defeat isn't 20% def far far greater than 10%? Kinda like 75% resistance is a huge increase to survival over 50%?My SS/Fire isn't a farmer, or else he'd be Mu and not Soul. I play regular content with him, as said in my rant. Heck, I don't think I even mentioned farming in the OP.
Edit: oh ok I did, once, talking about a specific power choice for other combos.
All my characters can do +4/x8, the "issue" is the SS/Fire is ridiculously fast and good at it compared to others. Yes I'm aware that's pretty much a self-imposed issue, obviously can't crave power and RP needs at the same time. *shrugs* I just wish the gap wouldn't be that wide between SS/Fire and anything else for my particular playstyle. Having one character being much better than the others with no drawback whatsoever hinders variety for me, less incentive to play anything else.
Again my actual experience with SOs doesn't match. There's inspirations, there's base buffs (which I usually don't bother with), there's accolades (which I don't use either while leveling, because who has the time for Magus/Demonic ; but it's still an option), there's situational awareness, there's active mitigation, and more importantly for a hypothetical level 50 character using SOs, there's incarnate powers.
By the way, I run at 20% def on my IOed out brute, that's not really such a huge difference from 10%. Don't see any need to sacrifice recharge for more. -
It's mostly a travel thing and a "I want to get in melee for pbaoes quick" thing

Quote:I like your suggestion and yeah like destiny most of the buff is over the caps anywayThat is only true for the short duration part of the buff. Should they lower Barrier's buffs because the short duration part is over the 75% resist cap most ATs have?
Simply tripling the +HPs will indeed make the short duration part cause many people to hit the cap, just like the other Destiny buffs. I find that to be a desired goal of my suggestion. It will also make the part of the buff that lasts longer actually meaningful, another desired goal of the suggestion. -

the lore pet also benefites from Musc if that makes any difference

Quote:the devs were very shady with GvE... there was a not so small kerfuffle over the whole jump pack toggle being limited to 30 secs with cool down of 30 mins, of course being Aholes they deleted that thread right quick; would have never bought that pack if they were upfront about it's caveatsOK, they advertised limitations for that power. But how about the GvE Pack. I can use the VIP TPer whenever I want, right? No cooldown? Not interruptible? Are there any official warnings for that pack that would make me think twice that this cool power isn't always available at all times?

Interesting, can grays do the opposite alignment Ozone SF/TFs? I'm thinking no but I just want to make sure.

Quote:Underwater swimming? What mission is that?I noticed something a bit funny when I last teamed up in Praetoria: Every now and again something was causing orange numbers to appear on my teammates' heads. Didn't think much of it at the time (assumed it was a display bug of some sort), but I'm guessing this was the cause.
My best guess is that the devs wanted to test this mechanic for something or other and left it in, like that one mission with the underwater swimming . *Shrug* -
i use electric fences + provoke to keep them together this is after seekers
