Mag 2, 8 seconds acording to mids. Matches up with in game experience as well.

thought it was always mag 3
Thanks all I should have checked city of data(didn't think it was still being updated) I only checked paragon wiki

That seems off to me as well, I have it on all my characters with an AOE immob and I'd swear I've seen it hit LT's as well as minions. The 8 seconds sounds right though.
