This whole situation has been presented in such a manner that I'm left to wonder why this wasn't tested and ironed out during the beta. On a similar note, I'm really getting a bad vibe every time someone from Paragon Studios mentions that something is not ideal. When I see a variation of that phrase, I read it as "not working, and we don't know when it will be fixed."
I agree. This isn't Z's fault, and he's stuck in the middle. I thank him for his reply as well.
I just filled out the exit survey with my disgust. I avoided profanity, thankfully, and informed them very clearly of my future intentions should this system not be resolved and we get what we were told we would properly.
I am not satisfied with the status quo here. -

CS just got back to me, which was really quick. However, it was pretty much a canned response. Looks like they are copy-pasting replies to all of us with this problem.
It said I should expect my Token on approximately the 28th.
This is the same date Nomme (sp?) in the Discussion thread was told.
It's almost like the system was turned off until the end of September and we're all being shafted out of Tokens we should have been due.
I just filled out the exit survey noting my displeasure. This horribly implemented system has a short couple months to be absolutely fixed and rewards correctly given. -

CS just told me the 28th as well. I got my last Vet badge Aug. 15th. I renewed with no lapse on Sept. 15th. I didn't expect a Token on Sept. 15th when I renewed, as I new it was switching over to a new system.
I did, however, expect a full-month having elapsed (two since my last vet reward, to get a Token on Oct. 15th.
Why is it coming on the 28th. It doesn't fit AT ALL.
The fact that multiple of us are getting the 28th listed also doesn't make any sense. It's just all foobar. -

My account renewed on Sept. 15th. October 15th has come and gone, now being the 17th. I still haven't gotten a Token for the paid month that has now been consumed.
So, add me to the angry list. -
My friend, who is thinking about coming back, had a question. It doesn't necessarily matter for his purposes, but it was a good question.
The GR preorder enhancements (for newly created characters) are reward Tier 7.
But, what if you were new and bought GR pre-order at launch, and didn't get enough time in before Freedom to be Tier 7?
Do you still get the enhancements, or are they taken away until you get to Tier 7? -

Here's a rough template of where I would start using mostly standard IOs. This gets you to 43.2% Defense to all 3 vectors. It has several slots left over to spend as you like. I did not try to pick the levels for slots, so ignore those mostly.

I would strongly suggest frankenslotting the attacks for better all around performance, but I wanted to stick close to what you had.
You have 3 builders (initial, heavy, shin) and 2 finishers (spinning-aoe, crushing-st). This should lead to easy alternating: 3+ builders, spinning, 3+ builders, crushing. -

So, as of yesterday, I got my monthly Paragon Points awarded.
Yesterday was the 12th, but my renewal date is the 15th.
I posted about this in one of the Points threads last night, and Bright posted that his/her points were awarded early, too, with renewal date of the 19th.
So, instead of getting them on the billing date, did we all once again get our points just like in September?

Elec's only "weakness" that I've run into much is defense debuffs.
Tarantula Mistresses (Arachnos Lt.) can take me massively negative red on defense, especially as I seem to get 2 regularly. Carnie Dark Ring Mistress Bosses to, when they hit with Mask of Vitation.
This is easily solved with purple inspirations, though. So, it's not big deal, unless you are the type that refuses to ever use their inspiration tray. -
Yeah, the AoE for Gauntlet (taunt) makes reading some of the Tanker attack powers a bit ... interesting.

You're a little off the mark about Heavy Blow's animation. Well, animations. Because, you see, Heavy Blow actually has TWO animations that randomly switch (Initial Strike is the same, except that it has three different animations it randomly cycles through). The first animation is a left forearm/elbow smash, and the second is a right uppercut. NEITHER of these animations are recycled, and are in fact brand new animations made for the set, just like eery other Street Justice animation.
To counter the OP's Con, I'll add to this by saying that the 1st two StJ attacks are pretty much my favorite two new animations in ages.
Then again, Shadow Punch and Smite have been my favorite two in game for years now.

I have been logging off in the RWZ.
The last 2 times I logged in and used the Ouro portal to zone, the game has hung and CTD.
Anyone else seeing something similar?
edit: Both times, upon relog, character was in Ouro.
edit2: It's only happening from RWZ that I can tell. Ouro portal elsewhere that I've tried has worked fine. -
I'm going to repost a request I made a goodly while back.
Arcanatime is displayed out to 3 decimal places.
Recharge time used to be, but is now only displayed out to 2 decimal places.
It's not a really big deal, but I would love Recharge time to go back to 3 decimal places.
If one of you gets bored, or something! -

I am pretty sure that last night I had 2550 points, and right now I still have that much even though I have already been billed for my renewal.
Open up the store, click on "my account", login. Now select "billing summary" tab and scroll down to the "microtransactions history" section (last 90 days).
It does list the additions, too. -

I didn't make the rules. I understand your frustration. I renewed on the 15th, and didn't get a token for the paid for month leading up to that. I'm just trying to make clear what was explained to several of us by Support.
If you don't get a Token on next renewal (which as explained to us, you wouldn't), you can always file a Support Ticket about it for clarification.
