You cannot.
Coalition members cannot drop salvage into, nor take from a salvage bin.
They used to be able to drop into, but this was a bug, and actually allowed some sort of strange work around where you could access storage without permission to do so.
This was closed. It is unlikely ever to return due to the risk of such a bug springing up again. -
that's 3am Pacific IIRC ? (I seem to recall you are West Coast)

Quote:The problem is, that your experience is certainly not universal. The last time I was on at 9am on a weekday (it does happen occasionally), I got asked if I wanted in on a TF.I am on TW 2.0 and 2.1 (and was on the original back years ago). I've also been a part of HUB for years (as a member of its founding SG). I've even been an officer from time to time.
They are all great resources. My wife and I were able to get on during prime time last night and got to run our first ITF with some HUBbers (it was a blast). Prime time is ok. Its off prime time that Triumph just slows to a crawl.
I'm not saying I have the answers, and I'm not saying free server transfers are the answer. I just wish there was some open discussion about this issue taking place with the devs. If they acknowledged it, that would be a good first step. Then perhaps there's be a groundswell for some of this "globalization" they talked about years ago.
The core four folks knew each other, then a couple picked up from TW then a couple from people those TW people knew.
Having just come back, it will take a little time for you to regain friends on a similar schedule. Once you have that core of a team for an event, its much easier to recruit to the minimum needed to start.
Hami raid during the middle of the day is likely beyond Triumph off peak, as I would expect the end-game multi-team 'raids' promised for I20 (I'm assuming 24 people like the CoP).
A better search and recruitment functionality is helpful. For example one of the changes when you were gone, was the 'send tell to team leader' option that pops up when you click on someones name.
Little things like that can go a long way. -
Last couple of weekends I kicked off a TF at midnight Eastern, after running one earlier as well.
In addition to TW 2.0 - which I keep in a operate tab these days and only look at if I am recruiting, there are several multi-SG private channels (Grand Coalition, the Hub and I know there are other).
For folks in those channels, it seems that those are their primary way of getting teams and groups going. -
Congrats to all the winners.
I have made notes of plenty of arcs to play over the coming weeks/months
Thanks for your efforts -

Quote:I would just point out that a BB meteor shard (or WB launch code) drops to the player who wins the PVP battle. The badges he listed are all for completing PvE tasks while in a PvP zone. thats the ultimate issue here...
It is entirely possible to kit yourself out with a full set of shards/codes purely through PVP. -

I'll miss you Ocho, you have been great on the forums and at various events.
Family should always come first, so whatever this opportunity is, congratulations. -
Its what I keep slotted mainly on my claws/regen
Main benefit for the secondary, MOG and IH up faster (they are not fully slotted for recharge), then the passive regen gets full effects from that.
(FH has two slots and health just the base one) -
Because the earning potential of level 50s dwarfs that on any other level, and people have been running large amounts of level 50 content, specifically task Forces, defeating lots of mobs for drops (mainly for shards but the other drops happen).
Shard drops for non-50s is a non-starter, sorry -

Quote:I'd say we have been playing the same game for the same amount of time.It was noted in the last few weeks that the smaller servers still have the same general large sized prestige totals. Smaller populations, more dedicated?
The prestige farming SGs seem to come and go. The top prestige SGs on Triumph are long term active groups, who replace the usual 'churn' with new members and have been running missions TFs etc nightly since (before) COV launch -
Per my CIT summary 6.1 billion influence plus 1.1 infamy for 7.2 billion liquid assests.
I guess those 2-300 million characters add up fast. -
We also come back to the fact that SO builds are perfectly good.
My rad/rad has his alpha incarnate slotted, and ran Apex last night, on a build from about I9.He has a couple of IOs slotted here and there, but is basically an SO build with a few HO (endrec/tohit debuff especially in RI).
No inherent stamina, no significant IO investment. Still one of the 'goto' guys in my stable for late game stuff.
All his inf at 50, and his drops get put into liquidity for other characters to use if they need to. -
As I understand it, if enough people use /ignore spammer in a relatively short period of time, the account gets kick off the server and suspended until a review.
Whenever, I see one its an immediate /ignorespammer.
Mainly I see local comments in Wents, but my wife got an old fashion 'junk' E-mail earlier today. First one for a long time. -
The 2nd/3rd build is certainly an option.
my son/son is definitely thinking about dropping her single target resist shields to just two slots once I get the end/resist uncommon. Then the toggle will drop another damres. Thats 5 slots freed up for other powers.
It would make sense to do this on a brand new build, as then the other remains available for exemping. -
The 20 hour limit on purchases is easily testable if anyone doubts it.
It is indeed there -
Admittedly a claws/SR isn't exactly a poor soloer, but that was my only 50 that had yet to face trapdoor.
He got 3 bifurcations out in total, the random spawning does make it slightly harder to track them down, but the only insp I used was a single green when he landed a couple of back to back hits.
(this character is not on my main server and has very few IOs slotted, certainly not softcapped to everything unless I use elude.) -
Before I got procs slotted, on Catwhoorg, I did what Sam did. Stepped back until it dropped.
I literally was doing nothing, and taking up 'resources' in time to cast buffs, heals etc form other characters that could better serve the team
100% resists are just a plain and simple a bad design IMHO, and nothing in the game should ever have them.
When a character cannot meaningfully contribute to the team, this is something I think we should avoid.
Even a 99% damage cap on AV class I could get behind, let me do something, rather than literally nothing. -
This has been asked for before.
I have little doubt it will be asked for again, until it happens to be added.
Each and every time I see this, I agree it would be a great QOL feature. -
Smashing Lethal
Energy Fire Cold can be 100% resisted according to the situation
See the talk tabs of
http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Talk:T...ee_Unstoppable
IIRC only negative energy, toxic and psi will always do some damage.
