In the high game for an empath, my focus is on

#1) Buffs and
#2) the Damage you can bring

Healing barely enters into it, build a decent AOE attack set, which being elec alos means you bring some control into play through the end drain.

Meteor Fragments you get/lose all of them, I have actully gotten a Shivan through purely PvP means, just once to see if it could be done.

Warburg codes is get/lose one at a time.

I dont recall ever opting out and I certainly used to get these sorts of mailings, but when I went to the manage screen it appears the check box was not filled.

Explains why I haven't got the last few of these.

Yeah, and obviously against a lowbie Winter Lord, so he had fewer HP (and regen) than a PI one.

If its pure l33t and IM speak that I can't comprehend, thats a poor rating. A minor error or typo in an otherwise good arc would not cause me to rate it worse.

I have been collecting some data about crafting and sales this week.

One particular piece of salvage I have been using 'typically' goes for between 10 and 300.
I have been bidding 500 per piece purely to make sure I get the stack NAO!

Given that particular common IO is making over 100K profit per sale, its not worth my time and effort to bid creep 10, 100, 300, 500.

I got within a whisker of a Winter Lord 2 Winters ago, until a group came by and spoiled my attempt by 'helping' out.

So I know I can defeat a WL solo, I just haven't actually finished the job off.

One silver to one bronze, yes the silver will sell for more on average

One silver to 8 bronze (same number of tickets), is a much different proposition.

The % enhancement buff scales downwards.

So a 50 running level 25 content, the +53% damage from the Apocalypse damage IO would be scaled back to 30.4%, the 33% of a acc/dam would be scaled back to 24.3%.
The large scaling for the sinlge IO type is due to the 'maximum bonus cap' step.

NO:
The set bonuses do not get adjusted no matter what level you exemp to, this is one of the key selling points of the Purples.

Our VG was formed on the Saturday, then I remember getting a PvP kill in Bloody Bay on the Sunday evening.

My wife and I were ahead of the leveling curve of most of our friends up until about 20 or so. Then they slowed and passed us. Took me about 2.5 years to take that 1st redsider (a stalker) to 50.

At 50 basic

Recipes 20
Salvage 50

At 50 maximum
Recipes 29
Salvage 80

8 tickets per salvage and 75 for bronze roll (45-50)

The basic level 50 requires 1900 tickets, the maxxed out 50 requires 2815

If you like, but they certainly are not a requirement.

I love that mission, but yes it can get old by the end of it

Step #1 in game turn down all the graphics settings to minimum and set game to windowed mode.

Exit out and start up the game.

Once instance #1 is fully loaded, start the updater again, to create instance #2.

I noticed I got a Regenerative Tissue: Endurance/Recharge from a bronze roll.
It was listed as Pool B, but is obviously from Pool A, not that it affects the final table, once we get the Pool Bs in there.

I went and added that single IO for now.
