Mid as not been updated yet so it is not in there. It is a PvP IO that gives you +3% resist(?)

I would work on getting your AoE higher, the other 2 are good. Your Attacks are slotted ok, but I would slot Crane Kick different, Take out the Damage or the Damage/Recharge and put in the Proc, you will do more damage that way. I would put Hecatomb in Storm Kick it is your best DPS attack for MA.
I can see that you are going to have some end problems MA is bad with End so I would look into Conserve Power not focused Accuracy.
I wouldn't put that many slots into Phalanx Fighting one slot should be just fine, same with OwTS.
I would look in to Taking Cripping Axe Kick too it is a good attack and is better then Eagles Claw for DPS.
Here is my build for my MA/SD it is nothing great it is just the build that I use. Maybe someday I might put a lot more work into it but I'm happy with this build I did do the RWZ Challenge with this build so it works for me.

Psi secondary being retuned to me more like the (substantially weaker) blaster version.
Even Castle's example showed a nerf for one of the two powers he chose, assuming permadom of course.
So basically, the folks who spent the considerable effort to get permadom are understandably worried it may be a net nerf. The folks who don't bother to get permadom are also less likely to read the boards, and they're the ones getting buffed.

again you are being very closed minded and don't want to listen to anyone. If you are triple stacked dom and the only way is with a /Kin, you are not getting Nerf because that /Kin that was giving you SB to make you triple stacked dom will not be able to give you more then just SB. You ever heard of Fulcrum Shift? This is a power that the /Kin as that gives you a great damage bounes. So now because of this buff you will be able to do more damage then you ever could before. So now tell me how is doing more damage then you ever could before a Nerf? -

OwTS I don't think is a wast power at all it doesn't give you +Def it gives you +resis, +recovery and +Hit poitns which helps your regen out a lot. With soft capped def that +regen is that much better. I wouldn't put more then 2 slots in it but that is just me. So it is up to you if you like it or not some people will like it some wont. -

Yes integration would not detoggle because it only affecting your self, it is just like Mind Over Body and Indomitable Will.
/Regen is good because of all of the clicky it has like Reconstruction, Dull Pain, Instant Healing(I don't know if this power is good in PvP) and Moment Of Glory. -

When you get Mezz in PvE or PvP all of your offence of toggles will detoggled. So that would be RttC for /WP, Blazing Aura for /Fire and Against all odds for /SD to name a few. -

Well for PvP I have heard good things about /regen

4 empathy/Sonic Defenders.
Eveyone has 3 fortitudes on them so all have soft capped def.
you have 4 recovery aura and 4 regeneration auar so gerat recovery and great regeneration rate.
Everyone will have Adrenalin Boost so they well have 100 recharge.
The 4 sonic will make eveyone have -res so boss EB and AV will go down fast and eveyone will bo doing great damage. -

Sorry to tell you that is /WP in the new PvP. Everyone gets Mezz and that will detoggled your best power which is RttC. Most PvP players will tell you to stay away from /WP for PvP. -

Well I just got my MA/SD scrapper up to 50 this week and it was a really fun combo to play. I never did like MA tell I paired it with /SD.

Soft capped def is good to go with but it is not easy to do and is not always the best to do. You also want to get ok recharge in your build too. Now I would say aim for 20%+ melee def it is not a high number but it is good def and will help out alot. Here is a simple build that does not cost a lot of inf. It as good melee def and ok recharge and it is a good way to go with your slotting.
