Right. Take out the pylon while surrounded by a RWZ challenge spawn, then finish the spawn. Alas, yet another thing I've come close to but not succeeded at. I can't remember if anyone's done it yet, but from the other things people have posted, I'm sure quite a few could.

I was trying that the other night with my DM/SD scrapper, I got the Pylon down to half but then it got the better of me. What I was trying to do is get a spawn that would stay alive so I could get a good Soul Drain every time.

Mostly likely he doesn't IO his toon till lvl 47. I have seen some of his build and he as no purple sets. Some people like to play there toons at 50 and build for the toon to play at lvl 50. It is a lot harder to plan a build for lower lvls.

You only need 1 KB protection IO for 90% of the game. Only 1 boss I can think of you will need more then one and that is a Fake Nemesis and you will need more then 2 for him. His Staff Bolt has a 30% chance of a KB of 9 so 8 won't help you againt him. Now AV yes they will can knock you with only 1 KB IO, but he/she doesn't play his/her toons at 50 some I'm going to say he/she isn't going to be solo AV so it will not matter.

Edit: didn't see that he was taking AE bosses so I have no clue how much KB they have.

I reported this on Monday night. We had a scheduled STF event on Freedom with 3 teams running simultaneously. It ended in Epic failure!

The TF as a whole was fine, but the repairmen healed the tower every time, regardless if they died or not. It seems there was a slight AI change that makes foes use healing powers sooner and more often, and it causes them to begin healing the tower before they are even targetable, which means it still gets healed for over +3000 even if you kill them immediately.

Somebody else reported actually completing the STF later that night, but it took longer, and a couple towers were rebuilt repeatedly for the same reason, and they had to be taken down again. I guess it's still possible, but it can be a pain in the neck if you don't have a way to kill the repairmen sooner. I have not personally attempted again since that night.


And by the way, several of us did already /bug and /petition, and we got confirmation from GMs that it was an unintended bug being looked into.

Well there are no guides for this combo that I know of. But I have a lvl 36 DB/Regen and I can give you some help.

For Regen you want +recharge and the more recharge the better. So I would take hasten, as soon as you can. Most of the regen power you will want to take but you can wait on some like Resilisence, try to fit that it when you can. You can also skip revive too. The other regen powers take as soon as you can or when easy to fit in your build. You don't need to take the fitness pool but I still would in my build I just some stamina at lvl 35 so you don't need to get it as soon as you can because of Stamina.

Now for Dual Blades I would when you get to 26 I would only do one combo and that is AV(Ablating Strike, Vengeful Slice, Sweeping Strike) you can run Blinding Feint>AV easy if you have Hasten in your build. I run that attack chain when Hasten is up and when Hasten is down I run BF>AV>Power Slice.

As for set bounes I would work on +recharge first then +def then +regen. One thing that will help regen out a lot is if you can get perma Dull Pain that can make a big differents. Hope this helps some.

With /SR you will be going for all 3 positional def. The /SR toggles gives you 30% with just SO. So it is not thst hard to get to the soft cap.

Well any thing goes great with /Fire. My two fav are Fire melee and Spines. Dark Melee is a good combo too but it all comes down to what you want to do with this toon.

Well I have my BS/SR scrapper that I play just to get badges now. I also have a DM/SD scrapper that I somewhat purp out so I could solo AVs with.

Yes

Not that much as long as you take weave, and you get the steadfast protection +3% def. You can soft capped for under 50 mil easy.

Spines, Claws, Kat, BS, and DB will all have Redraw.

Lusca is not the hardest one to solo. I have never seen a Ill/Rad troller solo a DE Monster or a Kronos Class Titan. People have said they did but never have pics. My brother has try with his Ill/Rad and can put a dent into a DE Monster and he can solo other GM.

Now Silverado has solo DE monster with his Bots/Traps-MM and his Fire/Traps Corruptor. So I would say they would be the best.

You can Edit Mid database by

going to Options, Advanced, Database Editor.
Then a small window will pop up.
click the top buttom Main Database Editor.
The a big window will pop up. On the left
you will see all of the AT powers find Scrappers Defense.
Then click on Shield Defense, then click on Phalanx Fighting.
then click the Edit buttom on the bottom right.
The another window will pop up.
In the lower part of the Window you will see Power Scaling.
Set that to 0 to 3.
That will show you how much defense you can have solo with PF.
You will need to do this for Brutes and Tanks too.

Yes PF gives you a 3.75% def bonus solo. You also can edit mids database to show the def bonus.

Focused Accuracy used to be great till they nerf' the to hit. They didn't change the End to go with the nerf to the to hit. So now it is a huge end hog that doesn't have the to hit it use to. That is why ppl don't like it anymore.

See I don't see the need for BoF if you use BU, FE before you use FSC. FSC should kill all the minions easy with BU and FE and if some are still a live you have the DoT and BA to kill them. So after I do the BU, FE FSC I use my sinlge taget attacks for the Bosses and Lts. I don't really ever attack the minions in a group with my fire/fire. So I don't see the need for BoF.
