  2. Ok, so I went and looked at your build with this toon, I have to say you take different things than me. So I just switched a couple around and basically put in what I would have taken in my case. I still kept in mind what you said about the build so I can base it around what you want and be more effective.

You are still soft capped for ranged, tho in my experience with mind, you wont be getting hit much little a lone taking damage. I have so much hard control, that you could confuse one group, then your attack chain, then put them asleep. Repeat step 2 and 3 and move to the next group. Hold that one, and so forth. But maybe experience has been different for you, I don't know for sure. Maybe you should consider changing your playstyle a little, it all comes down to play and experience now. Cheers!
  3. Cast my vote in for either Mind/stone ( My fav... XD ) or Fire/psi.
  4. Broken Voltage

    Mind/Stone/Psi

Completely amazed that no one has posted anything, I'm not mad just completely amazed.... I may have found the perfect build as of now.
  5. I never thought people would question taking this setup, I feel that this would be the Op set for pure damage output. Seeing as how you can get enough global and power recharge, a lot of powers quickly become perma, thus carrying you to uninterrupted play time and having powers when you need them. Some people like to play faster and harder, where some just simply like to take their time and enjoy the little things, they love to read all the lore, and enjoy each level as if it was one they well never experience ever again.

That aside, there are more than several powers that do damage in these sets. In the end though, it's about personal tastes and if you like strong single target attacks or more on the side of AoE's.

At any rate I'll give you my feel on the psi assault and see what ya think.
First on the list is the must have power :

Psionic Dart- Though it is a no choice power, it is still useful to you and may just end up "arresting" a baddie that decides his presents is no longer required in the group you've attacked.... XD

Mind Probe- This attack to me has a cool animation and does quite a bit of damage. I find that if I have enough power choices that I get this for a solid "attack chain" component and great ST damage dealer.

Telekinetic Thrust- I've only ever gotten this power on my blaster as well as Mental Blast. These two are great for ST damage, but in the end I'm more of a AoE kind of guy using some ST attacks to finish off bosses or the baddies who make their presents scarce. Never really took them on my doms and probably wont.

Psychic Scream- Really awesome power in my opinion, cone powers are just as good as any AoE and can be just as good if not better. Still skippable, but take it if you got the room.

Drain Psyche- This power well make your career as a /psi dom. and once you get it perma, you will have little to no down time and completely love it. Must have power.

Subdue- Never got this power and has forced to take it on my blaster... Not sure why they put a imm on a assault set, but skippable if you choose.

Psionic Lance- Extremely nice power to have if a baddie has gotten a little to far away, you can just fire this power and let it finish the job, more than useful.

Psychic Shockwave- Another must have power as far as I'm concerned. Nice range, cool animation and even though this got linched it's still an extremely nice power.

Anyway that is my feelings, not better than my favorite Stone, but that's not the topic here. Psi is strong and a solid choice. Cheers!

I seriously hope this post is a joke.

As for the news, they are finally getting something done, but not so sure about the fitness thing.
  7. Man the badger in me says wait for i19, but the impatient person says just get it done... XD So on my remake, Mind, or Electric Control? I pretty much do a little bit of everything, and got to have a confuse power in my primary.

Oh and my favorite element is Electricity.
  8. I myself don't know was lookin into it, but I don't know if pool powers effect. Anyone else know.
  9. Broken Voltage

    Mind/Stone/Psi

Ok, I've got to ask for help on my Build, I really don't want to just use two mule powers, but I can't really see anything else to take... Here's my build.

Just lookin for other powers to take or possible info on some of the powers I got mis-slotted.

Ah side note, I've got the two slots on rest for stamina when they make it inherent.
  10. Ah ok, I wasn't trying to discedit, or anything I'm just making sure if say I wanted to do this that all accounts and angles have been figured in.

Plus you want wiggle room anyway for all kinds of reasons anyway, and the build has that already.

Overall, arcanatime's only of real concern to executing rapid succession of powers (i.e. attack chain discussions).
Are you sure? They well be using an "Attack chain" while the powers are charging, so unless they are not attacking at the time, it still plays apart...
  16. Well if you've done the math on it cool, it's just at first glance, it would seem not perma. Have you managed to account in arcana time?
  17. But it's 97 badges and about week and a half of work on one toon. :'(
  18. Still not sure about this whole thing tho... I had to basically take two powers that I wont be using... I just hope they put more pools in since they are making Fitness inherent...

    Exactly.
  20. Damel Mr. Enamel! So it's wait til i19 now... man I'm so lame... V_v

    Wait about Denial of Service
  21. I'm lookin for a couple of badges, and don't want to wait for i19.

    I need the badges:

    Moral High Ground

    Loyalist

I was not givin a chance to change sides at all my whole time in Prea, and thus wasn't able to get these badges, any help as to how I can get these? I'm currently lvl 23 and sitting in Neutro.

I don't know tho, Almost all my builds have the fitness pool, what did you get instead of fitness pool then?
  23. I kknow that with my main mind/stone/psi it's so hard to redo it's not funny... I can't beside on two powers and to be honest I got everything I need already. I only thing I really need is more procs, since I've got all my LotGs maxed, what else is there?
  24. I'm sry to be a grumpy guss as well, but your not perma dom either.... Hasten is not always up, thus you have a 20-30 sec phase that you do not have Hasten which without hasten kicks Domination up to 118 secs... 28 secs over perma, you may be able to stack it once, but after that there will be down time, close but no cigar.
  25. I don't know about anyone else, but fitness pool has kind of got my dom stuck... I can't figure out two of the powers I can take... I put in power boost and has totally completed my build... I don't have any extra slots and I'm maxed out on LotGs.... I'm a sad panda... T_T
