I myself don't know was lookin into it, but I don't know if pool powers effect. Anyone else know.

Yes, they do. Invoke Panic goes from Mag 2 (meh) to Mag 4.

So I tried a "master of fear" mind dom build awhile ago. Yes domination effects the mags of the fears (but not the provoke).

So it makes both Intimidate and Invoke Panic a little more useful. I found the cons of losing a power pick to Provoke and their relative weakness outside of Domination not worth it. Of course my mind energy wasn't Perma at the time.

I think Intimidate is a Mag 2 (with a chance for extra bit of mag..i forget how much) as well.

If your bored and want to give this a try as a perma dom build..I say go for it. But other than for novelty I wouldn't recommend it.

It's only really good if you lack for a PBAOE control, don't have a damage aura and really want some extra recharge from the taunt sets. So no fire/ or /earth. I can see a Grav going for it, to have a better every-spawn power.

ok, now I'm tempted to get the presence pool on a Dominator. It worked semi-wonders on my Invul Tank before I respec'ed it out. So might be worth giving it a spin.

Now to determine which primary can use it better (besides the FINE Gravity), my Mind/Energy dom would be the most thematically fitting, but he has plenty of Mass Lockdown already...

Just be careful you don't wed it to a spamhappy DoT like Fire Cages. Could be useful on Ice, but I have no idea on how Ice plays.
