  1. I'll likely be a VIP untill the servers shut down. I just can't imagine myself not wanting access to everything, including Incarnate content.

    Really, I've had no problem with using SOs on a DA. And just recently put in a +END Proc (at level 29) in Stamina and the +END PRoc in Dark Regen, and I did fine on the END before then.

    I'm quite enjoying it paired with /DA. -DMG, KD's, Stuns, just a grab bag of helpful survival tools in the set to help rely on Dark Regen less, plus a damage aura that gets the +DMG bonus from Power Siphon.

    Mind you, by work around I mean willing to slot some ENDRED. More work if you want the nonstop attack chain of course, but when isn't that an issue.

    I'm loving the set. Finally get a Bu...Razor Sword, and I would of been happy having it as a Katana Weapon Skin.

    I'll have to disagree. I have a heal that gets me close to a 50% heal, every 14-18 seconds.

    Which is much like Reconstruction, only now I'm using WAY more END for a little less on the heal.

    But the advantage imo, is in normal PVE play, which I've used it as such. Close to a sliver of life...DARK REGEN of the mobs! \o/ Full Health! Whooot!

    And I've found times where going to full health was enough of a deciding factor over Reconstruction's less than full heal over the same amount of time.

    Also, Dark Regen does damage.

    Maaaybe it can use an ENDRED, I wouldn't be opposed to one mind you, I just think for any change to DA, I'd rather have the one I mentioned earlier in the thread than any other change.

    If it auto hit, it would lose it's damage. The damage isn't much, but some of us quite like it.
  9. Enjoying the set. Is there END issues? Yes. Are they able to be worked around? You betcha!

    If you're the type of player that says "I hate dealing with any and all END issues" this set isn't for you.

    If you're the type of player that says "I'm willing to have higher end costs for even bigger numbers" then this set just maybe for you.
  10. I still think the only change DA needs is for it's Negative Energy Resist to cap. Other than that, DA I find fine exactly where it is now.

    So, looking over the build, I have FIVE (5) +1.25 (Energy/Negative), and TWO (2) +1.25% (Energy)/+1.25% (Negative) Defense bonuses.

    Now Mids is giving me the bonuses to all those, but do the bonuses from the Thunderstrikes not combine with the bonuses from Reactive Armor and Cleaving Blow?

    Is this a bug with Mids or is this how it is in game?
  12. Hmmm...on my KM/DA Scrapper, I haven't found a problem with Dark Regen. This is why you slot 3 ENDRED in it when you're working with SOs.

    The builders don't get any damage boost. The combo level is what gives the finishers their damage boost. And that resets whenever a Finish hits.

    Nope it won't be the same. The question is, "Will it be better or worse" and usually this type of things leads one to think worse. :/

    No joke! People still think vampires are these fanged, essence of cool, creatures created by hollywood, and yet can't back a vampire with sparkles. I just don't get it.

    Hmmm...I was thinking the -Def/-Resist in Slowed Response might need to be lower for Melee, but I was basing a lot of that off of Melt Armor and it's numbers.

  18. In Living Color was good! For the first, probably what another poster said, four seasons. But then it went down hill, when it started losing original cast members.

    However, figure this won't have that cast either, sooo It's a return sure, but in name only really. Only time will tell if it's any good.
  19. I have a complaint here (and this is with me thinking that Stalkers do need something done).

    Yes, Assassination is Stalker Inherent. However, they also have Crits now. I can't recall if they original only critted from Hide, or if they did from Hide and also off mezzed enemies, or if that later was added further down the line.

    Basically I'm saying, Stalkers have Crits, which is the exact same thing Scrappers get for their ineherent.

    So I'm not so sure Hide should be made inherent now. If it is done, and a new power is put into place, this may however take the place of (what I at least think they need instead) higher damage.

    Something to think about.

    You know, I ctually found it easier to mask hunt in Talos with the daylight triggering, than running all around DA, trying to find them in small groups for most times I've gone mask hunting.

    Any new issue threads involving add-ons to Brutes/Tankers/Scrappers I find will get the same reminder until Stalkers receive just as much attention as them.

    Yes, I wasn't quite sure what the difference between Tanker Sets and everyone else's sets would be. So I left them as the Secondary set numbers.

    Whew. That's actually nice to hear! I was a bit worried that it might seem OPed.

    I find on my Dark and Time Corrs/Defenders/MMs, that Defense with -ToHit seems to work okay, I didnt notice to much of a degrade...is that on higher level enemies than +2?

    Note: I dont recall their performance on +4, I just recall them on +2 being okay.

    Could add S/L Resist to Quick Responce. Gives people a reason to Slot it up, which I find on quite a few builds people tend to ignore slotting up the PSI resists.

    But then, putting S/L Resist might be going to far on the set when people fully IO it out? Not to sure on that. Could increase the -tohit some, so it's not as degraded perhaps?

    To Von: Yes, I believe it was, but then I believe it was the last new Defense Armor created for Melee ATs, wasn't it?

    I also think besides the name of the set, this set could work for a variety of concepts. Not just "I manipulate time"

    I was worried on it stepping on Ninjitsu's toes, but I think it's different enough not to. With Ninja being close to what it is, but with more toys.
