I thought regen had gone down the same path as stalkers and was now practically obsolete, has something happened to make them worth while again. I have a 50 somewhere that quite frankly was fun to 50 and then very weak after the fact.

My regen scrapper is a gold mine he makes tons of influence selling stuff other toons acquire. Just like my stalker.

As for PVP I’ve seen one good regen scrapper in pvp shortly after IO’s were released he was a beast until other toons got IO’ed up then I never saw that toon again.

I made a ss fire brute and soloed him to 50 in about 20 hours or so, I had this toon at 50 for a little while as a pure farm build I didn’t even get around to slotting single target attacks, I think I had the lotg’s and a couple of cheap sets, health end all so’s, the actual single attacks were still empty. The toon had been like this for a couple of months. I tried him on an incarnate mission and as you can well imagine he didn’t do very well. So I sent him to live out his time in ae.

Any who last night I decided to have another look I respected him into a close approximation of one of the builds posted on these boards and put a couple of recipes in, nothing special at this stage and so,s for the remainder.

I went to the incarnate mission’s set at 0 x8 just as a test and WOW……I mean didn’t know there was could be that much WOW.

I feel like I’m constantly on a knife edge about to die but nothing seems to last long enough to kill me. I even wandered into RWZ and with a couple of small purple inspirations cleaned out a 54 spawn in about 50 seconds. I actually find the toon does better when double spawns are agroed, where other toon tend to get into trouble this one seems to shine.

The more you kill the more inspirations you get its…..its….it just is.

And to think this is with a very incomplete build lacking recharge and defence due to no recipes. I can’t wait to see this toon in action with a few purple sets under the belt and an alpha

Well at 1030pm aussie time yesterday I got booted for it and the day before I got booted for it and today I get booted for it and that in my books = 3

Red side I average 7.41 over 12 runs fastest was 7.19 slowest 7.55 thats using exit in first map and jumping in lava to fight last map spawns. Using SJ as travel power on a DM/SD Scrapper.

From what I have read dm/inv scrapper is a solid build, I think my dm/sd scrapper can handle most situations although he is a bit expensive to build, melee toons on the whole are not really GM slayers. So it depends on your overall requirements. I can post later on if you are interested.

Due to the fact I mostly solo I don't really enjoy the incarnate aspect of the game. Its just a grind having to buy xp more grind cant wait till the solo incarnate option is released. I would love it if they opened all TF's to be started solo, still same difficulty, same spawns just gave the option to start solo.

I thought I might throw my two bob in here, I had a toon I called Steve Irwin got him through to 40 no problems the cap back then, any way old mate Steve sadly passed away in RL and I sent a petition asking for a name change, this was back when name changes they were rare as hens teeth. I continued to play him to 50 after the cap change however I never really felt comfortable playing him I never got a reply back so I deleted him.

In that particular case I didn’t receive any support.

When I start a game I always pick the same name because it’s never taken I always choose “Bob the Onion”, I know right how cool is that name and its NEVER taken.

I am @pigsta and I lurk in the VIP server, use to play justice and champion My main toons were Norton's Utilities, Insidious and B L E E D. Now days I play a Scrapper Red side G I M P. I am on most nights usually confirm alignment missions and oro tf's I have about 20ish 50s but now days most of them are used to hold cash and sell stuff.

Happy to help out any oceanic's with missions, gaining a few levels.

Personally I find a recipe such as an end proc as way of example, or a lotg defence that has a buy value of say 100 to 500 thousand or so vs made enhancement sale of say 10 to 15 mil, I note the rare salvage and then use ae tickets to buy heaps of said rare salvage than I bid on 100 or so recipe’s and make them up to sell for about a 10 mil profit a pop. I usually get 100 to 200 mil a log in and then upgrade to more expensive recipe’s as I get the capital. I have found as a rule about 50 mil profit per recipe’s for the more expensive ones is about the maximum I have been able to achieve. Often rare recipe’s with 3 particular enhancements capabilities such as dam/end/rech are the best to look into.

I have a set that I always use and always have about 4 toons selling and buying at all times and I have one ae farmer churning out the rare salvage

Also the 2 bil a toon limit is pretty annoying they could keep the market cap at 2 bil and allow toons to hold say 100 bil to alleviate swapping cash between toons or fake bids to hold cash in limbo.

I run a couple of toons on the VIP server and I have a couple of Aussie mates as well I would like to look at tf's incarnate stuff if people are interested.

Im not sure about the definition of evil, what about alcohol and drug based crimes, what about people killing maiming for money, a government dropping a nuclear bomb on two civilian cities, angry parent throwing a crying baby off a balcony in a fit of rage, domestic violence where the wife finally has enough of the beatings and lashes out killing her aggressive and abusive husband. The nurse or doctor that gives the maximum dose of morphine that induces death in a palliative care patient. We could use one or two words to categorise all of the above examples but that is subjective.

Take the last example the nurse is she:

a) sick of seeing the patient and family suffer
b) gets her kicks killing people
c) grossly incompetent at her job
d) hearing the voice of god telling her to act that way

I for one like this world with all the faults, think of the things you would lose if everyone was happy and completely normal.

Who doesn’t love the excitement of walking along at night and looking up to see the creepy guy that smells like cabbage talking to him self and making erratic random hand gestures. That thrill as you walk past him wondering if you just might end up in his freezer with the other 30 people that have mysteriously disappeared over the last year or so.

I like evil, I like the fact that every now and then someone, somewhere does something that every one has considered at one stage. Sure it might not be socially acceptable, politically correct or even sane by modern sociological parameters.

Think of the rabbit that attacked the rattlesnake in the youtube clip that went viral some time ago, now I’m not a Rabbit expert, rabbitologist (yes I know thats not a real word its my attempt at creating a portmanteau word) but you don’t see that every day and I bet if a rabbit has the capacity to reason and think that would be something every rabbit wanted to do at some stage.

I think the discussion is really pointless, in real world term say the cure for lack of a better term is discovered in America how many countries would refuse on the basis of where it was founded. Say it was found in Indonesia or Iran would some countries shun the product regardless of the effects because of its origin. Imagine the implementation of the drug how many people really trust the government enough to say “Hell yeah please mess with my genetic structure, as long as you say it’s OK”. With respect to prisoners or mental impaired, I don’t think you have factored in the goody two shoes, lets not upset anybody approach the world has adopted. There would be screams of human right abuses throughout the world. I bet there wouldn’t be a media provider in the world that didn’t go against the concept. It would be dead in the water before it began.

So what are we discussing really the theoretical concept in an alternate reality. Even if the world, that can’t seem to find much in the way of common ground ever, miraculously decide to implement such a drug/cure, imagine how many groups communities’ individuals would refuse. Just how far could authorities go to implement such a vaccine?

I for one would NEVER EVER consent to such a cure and I am willing to bet my right hand that I’m not Robinson Crusoe on that boat.

I like both the releases so far, I have only done the red side on my dm/sd scrapper and I found them both fairly easy to solo.

I really hope that there is a death and a good old betrayal, perhaps one of the heroes “BAB” can align with the “new enemy” and force both hero and villain factions signature characters to work together in a AV / Hero mega mission. I’m sure when the dust settles and all of the freedom phalanx, the vindicators and the recluse cronies are gone we can get our TF’s from teller machines.

I thought we were suppose to be destined ones and all that, I mean I have a badge that tells me I am. I think its time for these Signature characters to find a quiet spot to die.

Just imagine if you as a hero had your sights set on the top job, well I have news for you and its all bad.

Sounds like a great contest, and good on you for fronting the 2 bil I hope it all goes well. I also hope some one youtubes the winner I will be looking forward to the results.

All the above lines are taken out of posts I think that there is a definite direction in these lines to suggest Cole / Reichsman was essentially good and was turned evil. I read this entire thread and I don't see any compelling reason to think the Cole we are talking about was ever good.

I would think that any event that changed the Cole would have been in his early childhood or before he was born perhaps his parents were bitter. I think that is easily to swallow than a hero being turned by the "evil doers".

Just a quick point on Flower Knight and how she appears in outbreak and then Ouroboros and then you don't see her again.......

Well.......that's kind of my fault. I just brought a LoTG recipe and was about to head to steel to craft it and I decided to sell other rubbish at the Ouroboros store. I sold the LoTG by mistake just as Flower Knight tapped me on the shoulder. In a fit of self pity I tossed her off the edge thinking she would re spawn in the pool ....but she didn't....my bad.
