I won't be entering. Gimped pvp ftl.

I concur whole-heartedly, Valens turns what I was thinking into clear points, and I therefore don't need to repeat them. Only thing I care about is how this is delaying Omnipotent really . . .
[/ QUOTE ]
Indeed! Why? -
ZOMG!!!! Those last few lvls went by like zipp zapping fricking road runner... Big gratz bud!

Excellent info. I don't have either anchored debuff slotted with anything except an end reduction, but looking to change that with my respec at next level (23). How have you slotted yours? I was mainly looking at just 3 slotting Rad Infection for debuff.
Have you taken Stamina btw? I've noticed at lvl 22 with Stamina my bar barely budges. Would I be able to rely on AM + Hasten for my endurance needs?
[/ QUOTE ]
Irrad is spot on. You could even consider dropping the end redux on RI though.
On another note: hasten doesn't solve any end issues, actually it makes it worse as you fire your powers much faster hence using more end per sec. I'd recommend strongly getting hasten though; it'll help greatly on getting your powers up more often (AM wants hasten! ) -
Whats the use of -stealth in the game? -not talking PvP ofcourse against them stalkers gits. Still they just come in ET-->TF-->placate-->AS
The combo of big -recharge/-speed add a lil confuse and fleeing effect and you got one hell of a sweet power -

That vengeance thing is seriously borked. Confused mobs should casts buf on you and not on their fellow baddies when killed, but the confused Lts still cast vengeance on their friends instead of -logically expected- buffing you (and your team mates).
[/ QUOTE ]It's quite logical, actually. The buff is applied after the LT dies, and thus they're no longer confused at that point.
[/ QUOTE ]
Hmmm, got a point there ... in some sort of way. But, but they are dead! Still it sucks. -
Indeed all nem need double application of fear and confuse.

As for that matter confused mobs use buffs on you randomly and not that often. Many times those buffers just stand there and give their mates a smack or 2. They use their buffs a lot less on you then on their homies... (*"Gimme some of those bubbles and AM you fricking rikti guardian!!") -

You said you don't want /rad. Still it's a very very good secondary to earth as that primary offers a lot of great tools to keep m in your rad debuffs, but admittedly it's a rather boring troller imo. I deleted mine after a lvl or 30 something
[/ QUOTE ]
Well I took my earth/rad all the way to 50, I enjoyed every minute of it, could solo nems on unyielding (hugh mobs, 6 minions iirc), and actually made a differance in every team. There is more to /rad than just toggles, btw... And yes, i'm still playing my earth/rad daily.
[/ QUOTE ]
Good for youEvery one their own.
It certainly can greatly contribute to a team in many good ways. Just not my kind of guy as when in combo earth/rad makes for a very usefull but also a pretty passive play with long lasting (and recharging) powers like the patches, toggles/LR, etc.
And yes obviously there's more then toggles; you can be a healorzz
No seriously /rad is a great set, was just saying that the earth powers with the superb amount of slow, -KB, and KU make up excellent stuff to keep the mobs clusterd as that's when rad shines the most with RI, RF, LR also CC if you have that and the even more poo fallout.
It's good to all have different cups of tea we like -

Again the not the question.
Try to think of it as this one ATa, what makes you change to ATb, if you so wish to answer it like that.
Having a toon for all season doesn't answer the question.
What bugs your blaster? What Bugs your DM/regen Scrapper.. thats what the question is about. Things that bug me, might not bug you because of your playstyle/power choices.
[/ QUOTE ]
Hmm. I already illustrated it as other wise i clearly couldn't have showed the contradiction, and as Ultra says: again not an answer to the question.
You make valid points about getting other toons (possibly being same AT) to counter certain opponents, but that still doesn't answer the question. Although in your post you accidently already illustrated exactly what the question was about: what toon troubles you in PvP?
But perhaps the questions should indeed be refined and rephrased to 'What AT and with which powersets trouble you in PvP?' to make the nit picky grasp it -
[ QUOTE ]
I would try and take hasten a lot faster, and maybe get accro a bit quicker as well, seems to be a lot of enemies with KB in CoV.
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree with that.
Acro you want no later then lvl 30.
Ditch the leadership pool and take hasten asap. It's needed to get domination back in time for when you have a full bar. And that happens FAST
That leaves room for another nice attack or maybe team friendly recall friend. Stealth is also a very viable pick for a domi or take ss instead. The minor stealth works out most of times and a second travel power like ss is golden
And you might wanna think again about what patron you take. No need at all for powersink if you have both stam and drain psyche.
Also whatever patron you take; i'd recommend you take the shield no later then 44. Your domi needs all the protection he can get. -
insane and sensible do can go hand in hand you know, just not possible for sensible and stupid to do so
-
[ QUOTE ]
But thats not the question..
Its on which AT does AT b give you trouble.
Or else anyone can say that :P
[/ QUOTE ]
Indeed.
But for indulgence sake to join you for one post in your interpretation Stalk; saying grabbing a different AT is all you need to do to solve it, even more so confirms it's the AT and not the man behind it. This which contradicts your earlier post -
Sweet! Really appreciate all this and glad DHP is doing so well on the prestige side.
Now all we need is to get some nice and sensible players on board -
[ QUOTE ]
Which AT? none, its the people behind them
[/ QUOTE ]
For a big part yes, but surely the AT has a lot to do with it -
Solid build okty posted here. I'd build it very much like it.
Hotfeet is not good early in build. It's dpe is not worth it. It's damage isn't that great without some dam SO's and the end use is too heavy too maintain pre stamina indeed. the accu id'swap for a third end redux, the base accu is fine and you get FR to make accu redundant.
Also take hasten earlier on and move acro back a lil.
On another note smoke is a pretty nice power if you can fit it in. Makes great stuff for good positioning, buy the imps time to close in and provide some excellent safety by smoking a close by 2nd and even 3rd group.
Also give earth/storm a serious thought. It's really good, more focussed on safety and control. It plays different from fire/ which has more bite and is more straightforward aggresive.
If i ever get to make a new troller fire/storm would be on the top of my list -

Oh I thought TF was at 35 lol
Sniper Blast, what the hell is that doing at 35 lol.
Bit of a one-trick-horse though, /energy, and TF leaves you vulnerable. No aim or BU or any dmg buff save for domination either.
...
[/ QUOTE ]
Aye, makes snipe at 35 makes me wonder too...
Only /fire and /thorns have some kind of dam/to hit buff. So /nrg is not the only one, but admittedly it's just TF that makes /nrg worthwhile (damage wise) and indeed the animation time is loooooooong. And then there's PB ofcourse-gotta love aid self with PB -
/rad is the best PvP domi secondary without a doubt. It makes you hit a lot more with your AoE holds And it does -regen/resis/accu/dam too!

I must agree alot of the time its much easier to attack when they are CMed but I was making a point for all those blunt doms who do no damage in Sirens, like /psi or /nrg

/nrg? --> TF -
