Yup, Level 25-30 Mitigation badges require the crafting of 6 level 25 IOs and 6 level 30 IOs.
There are also some combinations for some categories where you have to craft one more of either the lower or higher bound (i.e. for the level 35-40 Mitigation one you need to craft 8 of level 35 and 9 of level 40 or 9 of level 35 and 8 of level 40).

Yes, just had written confirmation of this: prior to I13, only the last location from where you logged out counts. And no more double location benefits either.

That's because the time for Patroller is counted no matter where you log out, i.e. you're always seen as on patrol no matter where you log out.

@Judgement_Dave: it wasn't apparent at all or at least not to me... what gets me is that I had already earned Caregiver/Pain Specialist and Patroller/Criminal on my mains and I foolishly moved them to another location to work on another badge based on the information that all time was being tracked. I'm not asking for anything; I'm more angry at myself for being greedy; what I do want to know is if this is WAI or not...

You can get p-off at the changes in PvP and [censored] and moan all about it but perish the thought if anyone else feels something is amiss with badges and chooses to vent their concerns on the forums... different strokes for different folks? I don't like PvP (or PvPers for that matter), you apparently don't like badges (or Badge Collectors). Fine, if you have nothing good to say about it, better you say nothing.

I think it's thanks to the new system that allows for copy & paste. My speech colour codes went out the window. Fortunately my binds remained. The AFK message bound to start chat key isn't working any more either. I've petitioned it all but I think it'll be a cold day in H-E-double hockey sticks before someone gets around to fixing these (as I imagine they should be on the QoL list and at a very low position...)

Yes, I believe the Dr. is right... the counter doesn't seem to have a memory for previous locations up until I13 is released... Needless to say, I'm not amused.
