Yes, amazingly this has been happening ever since Issue 7 and apparently the technicians can't prevent it from happening every time a new Issue is released. Astounding really. I'm sorry if I sound a bit bitter. It's because I am.

Global should now be back up. It looks like there was a hardware fault of some sort, and we've moved global onto new hardware while they look into the cause further. Sorry for the inconvenience.
