Anchors work for some powers like Radiation Infection or Telekinesis: it's a "hardier" mob that gets the power applied to and then proceeds to "infect" the others while it lives. That's why they should be left for last when killing groups.

Alan Desslock is your starting contact in Mercy. You should see him at 5, 30, 35, 40 and 45. After him, talk to Brick Johnson in PO (level 10-14 missions and 2nd costume slot). Next comes Fortunata Hamilton (she's in Cap) and she'll hook you up with level 15-19 content, some 20-24 content and again at the 25-29 range.

Psi Melee: you grab a brain by its stem (preferably some other person's) and proceed to bashing stuff with it. Extra damage for any choke holds with the brain stem itself.

If it's about his vision on Controllers... nothing I can do to help there.

Having played them all and levelling them all to 50, the ones I disliked the most were my Mastermind and my Peacebringer. They brought tears to my face whenever I played with them. And they were of the bitter, angry, red blood haze variety.

I finally bought this card and have it running on my computer.

Unfortunately, it seems to not be functioning properly as I can't have any of the following options turned on, without the framerate dropping to 3: FSAA, Depth of Field Effects, Bloom Effects and Desaturation Effects. They also make the game behave like a strobe light...

Funny thing is, this seems to be a CoX problem only as I have tried running Fallout3 on maximum options and it runs smoothly.

Anyone out there with some input that can help me?
