According to CoX canon, Spiderman would be a Science origin character and Superman a Natural origin. CoX canon states that Mutant origin is for those that are born with a DNA alteration which precludes any sort of alteration to your genes during your life to be called an origin through mutation.

@Xemulas: the free Spore one gives you 25% of the available parts, the paid for one, gives you complete access to all the parts. It still works because:
a) you don't get to see how your creatures will handle in the "real world"
2) you get a rebate on the price of the full game when it comes out
iii) uh... hmmm... gah! darn it, can't remember what the other one was..

The "too easy" shtick depends on what AT you're playing with at top reputation; although in my case, no matter the AT I always end up with huge debt bars... so I wouldn't go generalising like that: the game might be too easy for some AT at top reputation for some people. For others, elevating it above Heroic/Villainous is tantamount to suicide.

As for debt, meh... I just don't like the fact that it slows my levelling down for a while (but then again, as I said, I'm always in debt).

Considering all the Vidiotmaps Overlay does is substitute the static map files that come with the game, I'd go ahead and hazard a guess that, no, it doesn't, as this doesn't consume anymore memory than the game itself would... but who the heck knows how things work in that world of yours...

Entitled or not, I don't want third party programs having and opening that allows access to sensitive information about my account. Not saying that said third parties would do anything malicious, just saying that with the opening in place it might become easier to hack accounts.

As much as I hate PvP, and would like to see it excised from the game, I do understand that it does indeed serve a purpose (even if it is only to create these sort of posts on the forums...) At this point, however, I'd just be glad that any changes on the PvP side don't affect the PvE side.
More so than salivating over new powersets, I'm waiting for the Slot Proliferation... as for people crying d00m™ before the issue is even into closed beta stage: well done, you get the premature overreaction award!
