The costume pieces would be better used in Jay's Costume Request Thread.
As for the powers, I'm for the Water and Light Blasts and Blood Drain, but against alter egos, heroic masterminds and the travel power.
Alter Egos: Alter egos in any form in the game are probably never going to happen, and even if it did, it wouldn't come in the form of a powerset.
Heroic Masterminds: It's been said time and time again that it isn't going to happen for the reasons of keeping the set on villians only because it has a more villany. But I do want non-Mastermind pets to be able to use /petsay.
Tunnelling: I'm against this for the time and effort it would take to make the animationa and the point that it would be probably exactly the same as teleport, but a bit slower.
Masterminds arent a set, they are an archetype... and as such why should they be villain-only, i would love to run a heroic MM (theres nothing that really matches MM hero-side).
OK so Necromancy and thugs are a little evil, but Mercenaries, robots and ninjas could all be guided by a noble leader with peaceful/lawful intent. Replace the Necromancer with the suggested spiritualist and replace thugs with police commander and there you go, a nice set of heroic masterminds.
Ordering your minions into battle whilst you stay behind in relative safety is not heroic.

Even a disregard for property is unheroic, and in comic book land all robots created by heroes develop artificial intellegence and a personality anyway.
If you don't like that reason, how about the is one: for the same reason as heroes cant be brutes (despite the example of the Hulk) and villains can't be scrappers. There was a design descision taken a long time ago that heroes and villains would have different ATs, and it is now so built into game systems that it would be a massive amount of work to reverse.

i think the costume pieces would be great to see...but i like the idea of the side kick
Might be a dumb idea, but after coming from WoW I would like some kind of target marking system so mobs can be killed in some kind of order rather than the usual frag fest that usually happens.

A few more costume piece suggestions
Costume Piec Other - Rocket Pack, Raptor Pack, Jump Pack (the temp power pieces are great but what about those of use who would like our level 14+ travel powers to appear as if they functioned that way all the time? Been several times i wanted to make a rocketeer style hero but without the rocket pack couldnt do it.
Costume Pieces - Other: Foot Springs, Pogo Stick
Back Pieces - Spines, Plates
Hands - Skeletal
New Aura - Cloud of Insects looking effect, Dripping fluid effect (could look like blood, ichor, slime, water or whatever is dripping from body or hands etc..)
Head Detail 2 - Mandibles
Hair - Long single Plait down back
General - More Power Armor styles body pieces for more variety and more Medieval style plate armor variants and helms.
forget the cloud of insects aura suggestion as I see Flies has already been included

[/ QUOTE ]Made perfect sense to me though...! However, Blue Rabbit could have specified that these were targeting commands. And you can target by nearest, next, previous and farthest away.
It would be nice though to be able to target strongest or weakest enemies, in nearest proximity to you.

Yeah that is annoying - and it only happens in mayhems, not in safeguards.
The Devs could perhaps change it so we can't target civilians, but I'd prefer it if they let us attack and "defeat" civilians instead - just make civilians a "1-hit-wonder" like Sally in Croatoa

The ability to change character size and proportions for different costume slots.. this way alter geos, different forms could at least be achievable cosmetically and not by powers.

Alter Ego - (Transformation, Unending Rage, Whirling Frenzy, Pounding Blow, Monster SMASH)
Heroic Masterminds - Lawman (Police), Shaman (animals), Spiritualist (ghosts), Dynamic Duo (an actual sidekick)
New travel Power - tunnelling (looks like a moving furrow int the Earth that moves rapidly along the ground, up walls etc.. when turned off the hero/villains brusts out fo the ground.
