    I have not tested it out yet; however from what I heard about Light Form is when activated before changing forms it will be still on while in Nova and Dwarf Form. I will gladly give up the ball of light animation for the ability to have some resist in Nova Form. This is a welcome change IMO.
  2. Would it be to much to give "Inner Light" the Rage makeover? Would still have to change forms to click it, but it will last longer and it will have the -dam, -end when it crashes as the balance.

    If it is to OP then I would like Inner Light to be clickable in all forms.

    Yes LF does crash. I just tested it out a little while ago and I lost 1/2 my hp and 1/2 my end. Now that I think about it I do not know if Essence Boost played a factor in how much HP I lost. I will check it out again when I get home from work.

    At 180secs it is still IMO considered a skippable power. Now if they lowered it to 120seconds then that would be a great change.

    I agree with Grey Pilgrim on this.

    PB's are finally getting looked at since they have been underperforming for years, so dont talk about taking our goodies away. Even with these fixes WS's are still better at PvE than PB's.

  7. Do you think going Ice Mastery or Mace Mace Mastery would be better for the S/L defense than going temp Invul for the S/L resist? Other than That I really like the build and would like to see it in action one day.

    I also got the Arachnos Superior Core on my bane. The Lore pets with the Call Reinforcements and Summon Blaster (mace Mastery) works amazing on the Choke Points in a BAF.

  13. hmmmm... Slot a Fury of the Gladiator (Chance for -Res) and a Achilles' Heel (Chance for Resistance Debuff) in Irradiate makes a nice resistance debuffer on top of the -defense in the primary. So a Rad/MM has -defense, -recovery, -regen, - recharge, and can have -resist. It sounds like I have a double xp project.

    Hey Midget,

    Just FYI you are more likely gonna have some scrapper lovers saying scrappers are better because of the better damage or brute lovers saying that more resist is the way to go. When it comes down to it it's all up to your platstyle and what are you looking for. If I am farming only then I would like to have a brute, but if I am doing team missions only then scrapper would be my choice.

  16. Is there any way we can see the builds of these awesome DM/SD scrappers and Brutes? I would like to see what the Similarities and Differences of each build.

    Trick arrow/dual pistols ( p.s. the drawback on the weapons really isnt that bad at all, especially since as a defender on a team you rarely have time to attack when using the trick arrow set and by the time the weapon change happens there is not that much down time at all I promise. try it. fun set. Super versatile if you know your enemies weaknesses and gives you that extra edge )


    but basically want to try other secondary effects that might be good. Was looking into psychic because I've never used it on a defender, but I can only imagine the horror stories trying to solo the carnies.

    I try to solo with all my defenders, so this will need to be important information because I do solo a lot...but being an empath, I could see not getting that chance much. lol.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Wait for the Proliferation and make a Emp/Fire. It should be a fun set.

    I do not know what your storyline is for your mental based character, but I do like the mental powers of a VEAT Fortunata and wonder if the origin of the fort can be blended for your character's bio.


    P.S. Remember that Corruptors will be getting PSI blast soon and they have access to Psi Mastery from the APP as well.

    P.S.S. I have also seen someone on virtue using Kinetic Melee as a Psi Melee by changing the colors. They were a KM/Willpower. It was actually looked pretty cool looking and worked well.

  22. Some people say more damage makes a better DM/SD and some people say more survivability makes a better DM/SD. I think it is all about the players preference and playstyle.
