1. I don't want all my characters on 11 servers to be in the same SG.
2. I don't even want all my characters on the same server who are on the same faction to be in the same SG.
I have a lot of characters that make use of bases as Secret Lairs and this idea would screw that up.
I'm not sure what in my post made you think this. I will try to make this as simple as possible...
I will use my global for example:
I Join SG One with 2 characters, but using my global name, I only take up 1 roster spot.
I then join SG Two with 5 characters, but by using my global name, I only take up 1 spot.
Doing things this way will allow you to join multiple SG wih multiple characters, but only take up a single roster spot in any SG, leaving the SG plenty more room for other members, and you'd never have to worry about kicking people to make room.
That's all I'm suggesting. Sorry if my post was confusing. -
I'm not sure about most groups out there, but our SG is constantly full, and we're constantly removing characters just to make room for other alts and newer members. It's a real shame you can't tie your characters to your global, that way when you have for example 6 characters in a single SG, you would only take up one spot.
In other words, please change the limit of 150 Heroes/Villains per SG/VG to 50/100 Globals. This will greatly increase the amount of Heroes/Villains you can have in a SG/VG. I just hate removing active, playing members from the SG just to make room for someone else only to see these characters lose their join dates, prestige...etc..etc. -
Thanks to Wulf and the rest of the TA members for the cooperation in letting us work with you on this raid. It was very smooth and had a blast taking down the Goo.
It's been a while since we last raided here on Pinnacle and it was a good change of pace for us. Plus a lot of our newer members have never done a raid, and if they have, they weren't too excited about the mess, but tonight changed their views of hami and how it's to be done.
Again, thanks! -
What ever the hell is going on, I can't log back into the game now.

I'd much rather see this in a Booster Pack.
Giving it as a Vet Reward is nice, I'm only 3-4 months away from it, but seriously, this has been something the community suggested a few times, and has been talked about by many people. Excluding it from members that don't have the 84 month Vet Reward is a bad idea.
Why not put it in a Booster Pack and sell it for 9.99 and make some money for NcSoft. I'd buy it on all my accounts, just for the mere purpose of having it. -

Last one sold, thank you all for the business
-
Just a note, I traded the previous one, but I still have 1 more to sell, I would be willing to sell it outright or trade it up for Ragnarok purples, I need a full set minus the Chance for proc. Recipes are fine, they don't need to be crafted.
Again, send tell to @Beef Cake or PM me here on the boards.
Thanks -
Looking to sell this crafted level 50 Shield Wall: Teleportation Protection, +3% Res(All)
2.5b obo
You can PM me or contact me in game @Beef Cake. Please don't send any influence until I've contacted you to let you know if you're the buyer.
Thanks! -

Quote:I think we could get a lot more mileage out of some of our current travel powers if the devs added some more costume recipes as opposed to breaking current travel powers into a half a dozen similar powers with different animations like has been done by others in the MMO industry.
A "board" for example, can be a craftable recipe that appears when Fly is activated. There can even be several different ones to choose from. The standing animation already exists in Power Slide.
Tech can have a disc of some sort.
Magic can have a carpet.
Elements can have a Boulder for Stone, Ice for Cold, a shadowy disc for Dark energy, etc.
We don't need to waste time and resources duplicating Flight powers that already exist in the game when a costume recipe can make a dramatic difference in how that power looks.
Now as far as brand new travel power, sure as long as they don't look stupid.
I'd be game for this as well. Just add different forms of flight to what we already have, ice gliding, carpet gliding...etc..etc -
Will we ever see new travel powers added to this game? The travel powers we have now are the same ones we've had since the release of the game. It would be nice to finally see some new travel powers add. I'm not talking about Ninja Run type travel powers, I mean real travel powers.
I'd really like to see Ice Gliding, or sliding whatever you want to call it. That would be my most wanted. Others would be great too, I'm just getting sick of using the same old travel powers. I think travel needs a bit of love -
I've ran 5 of my defenders through this arc and didn't have a single problem soloing it.
Of my 5 defenders, the only one that had any issue was my Rad / Soic, and the only reason was I had no enhancements in her at the time, so even that was doable. -

Quote:And I too have had the same damn thing which I reported a while back. Now we can sit here and ******* argue over a percentage bar or you can go earn the damn badge and bug report it yourself as I have.Just like you're ignoring that the percentage report is impossible if it's the badge you're referring to.
This means it's a new badge or a bug.
Simply stating "Oh, it's this badge of defeat 5" doesn't help at all. And I'm not the only one in this thread pointing out that very fact to you. So, it's not just me being mean to you. You are the one missing the point here.
Next time when you make a post, be more specific on what you are asking, as you asked in your OP what the badge was, I answered it. -
Quote:Ummm... you're missing this part....
Under that, I have a badge that's 32 (32.00%) of 100 completed.
So, it's not even a percentage mistake as others are pondering. "32 of 100". Right under Improved Igniter under Defeats tab.
Thanks for pointing out the obvious, like I couldn't read that myself. I made my post telling you what the badge was, I didn't comment on the percentage as I have no idea why the percentage is like it is, maybe it's another great bug that's not working as intended. That what a bug report is for, learn to use it.
But hey, ignore my post if you want, hell I don't know what I'm talking about here anyway. -
Quote:Sorry my comment was to Zombie Mam, but there are only 3 defeat badges, if you already have the Scorpion Surprise badge, then it's the last one which would be:Already have the Scorpion's Surprise in my SG, so that's not it.
Rikti Plasma Turret: Defeat Lanaru the Mad 5 times to earn this badge. -
The badge meter you're looking at is the Scorpion Surprise
Improved Igniter: Defeat 4000 Flamethrower enemies.
Scorpion Surprise: Defeat Lord Recluse at the end of the Patron Arcs 5 times to earn this badge.
Rikti Plasma Turret: Defeat Lanaru the Mad 5 times to earn this badge. -
Also to clarify what the support ticket GM had mentioned to me.
The timer starts from the first punch you land on Battle Maiden and the timer ends when you defeat her. The timer doesn't start when you enter the mission, nor does it start when you enter the lower floor, it only starts once you land the first punch. -
Well I got a support ticket that says otherwise.
Now, not saying the GMs know everything, but I was told that even when Battle Maiden retreats from the map, the timer is still counting.
The first time I did this, I sent in a support ticket as we defeated Battle Maiden in less than 15 minutes, counting only the time she was on the map, and I did not get the badge, I sent in a support ticket and was told when Battle Maiden has retreated from the map, the timer still counts down.
So take that as you may, but this is what was told to me in a support ticket. -
Not to mention the Copyright infringement of the Black Costumed Spiderman on the top right corner, holding his hand out about to shoot a web from his wrist....lol

Yeah, I agree I don't think its worth it. Better off just running TFs as you mentioned. At least you have a better chance.

Quote:11 shards 225 kills
almost one quarter of the way to 1000
You must have a horseshoe up your butt, because my numbers are totally different from yours.
I've been set up for 2 days now 24 hours straight, here is my findings:
1 Killer / 3 Rezbots
1440 defeats, gaining rep for each defeat.
Shards gained: 8
That works out to about 1 shard per 180 defeats.
*Also*
I will have to look over my logs, but I don't think you gain shards from a non reputation defeat, meaning you get 1 chance every 5 minutes for a shard, just like you do for a PvP recipe. -
Quote:Well I'm aware that you can't earn shards until you've unloked the Alpha Slot, but I'm wanting to know if you can earn Shards from PvP zones while exemped. You can earn shards if you open alpha slot i think. That is a lvl 50 arc in oro that only thr runner gets credit for so even if u sk in that arc you cannot earn shards i think.
I've done some testing, my friend and I had some fun and took turns killing each other and neither one of us got a Shars drop in Siren's Call or Warburg, so I'm thinking you can't earn them unless you are in the level 50 PvP Zone which would be RV. -
With the PvP rewards being put back in place, this raises a question.
I know with Issue 19 you can earn Shards as a reward for defeating foes in PvP Zones, but what are the rules on this? If I'm level 50 and I happen to be in Warburg or Siren's Call PvPing, will I still be able to earn Shards?
The reason I ask is, I know you have to be level 50 to earn Shards, but being exemped, does this rule apply to PvP as well? If that's the case, we would only be ble to earn Shards in RV, correct? or not?
