Logout to Character Select Crash

It seems that often times when I choose to logout to character selection, instead of the login screen, my client will often freeze and I will have to Crtl+Alt+Delete to task manager to end the process

I'm 50/50 on it just hanging there. The countdown hits 0 and it either waits a second and goes to the character selection screen, or it just sits there frozen until I kill it in the task manager.

This just started happening to me yesterday. Any updates on this issue?

Please buff Ice Control.

This happens to me as well about 20% of the time I log out to the character select screen. But I just wait and after about a minute I crash back to the login screen where I can click login (it remembers my password) and get back into game without exiting completely back to the desktop.

Besides the lock-up on exit I also get a message from time to time I am trying to log on in an unsupported format (or some-such).

Be nice to have this new feature working 100% soon.
