This is interesting, I have the exact same issue. With no Cathedral of Pain runs on that SG the only one that seems to fit is the Lanaru-badge. I still don't get how it could be 32% progress on it, though.
The badge meter you're looking at is the Scorpion Surprise
Improved Igniter: Defeat 4000 Flamethrower enemies.
Scorpion Surprise: Defeat Lord Recluse at the end of the Patron Arcs 5 times to earn this badge.
Rikti Plasma Turret: Defeat Lanaru the Mad 5 times to earn this badge.

I'd assume the same thing, but how can that badge be at 32% if it's for 5 defeats? If that's the case, it could only stay at 0% - 20% - 40% - 60% - 80% - 100%
Funny thing is that 32% would make sense if the badge counter stopped at 32/80, since that'd be 40% (2/5) and correspond to something divisible by 5.
It's puzzling. I can conjure a couple of explanations, but it'd be guesswork at best. I guess it's time to do the TF to see if the bar moves at all. If it does I'm guessing it'll hop to 48%, then 64% and finally award the badge at what should be a total of 80%.

Under that, I have a badge that's 32 (32.00%) of 100 completed.
So, it's not even a percentage mistake as others are pondering. "32 of 100". Right under Improved Igniter under Defeats tab.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious, like I couldn't read that myself. I made my post telling you what the badge was, I didn't comment on the percentage as I have no idea why the percentage is like it is, maybe it's another great bug that's not working as intended. That what a bug report is for, learn to use it.

Is it a bug or a new SG badge? You simply saying "it's X Badge" without addressing the bug of the percentage done is not helpful.
I'm trying to collect data.
But this isn't the first time that you rely on 'a list' and ignore actual in-game results.

Well, that thread got derailed by the CoP Badge discussion and never settled through empirical testing what the deal is with the badge.
More than likely it is a bugged tool tip. But it would be nice if we verified that.

It's a bugged tool tip, both of them do that. I had the 32% for a long time on Scorpion's Surprise, so I went and did the Mender Silos TF. I stopped at the last mission and reset it after defeating Recluse each time, since I didn't want to do the whole thing over again. The badge awarded after the 4th defeat of Recluse. For whatever reason, the defeat 5 badges for SGs don't give proper 20% interval credit on their progress bars.

I seem to recall the tool tip for Scorpion's Surprise also being bugged but I can't remember for sure.

I think the important question is with side switching can Villain SGs now get the Rikti Plasma Turret badge? If someone knows I'd like to update the wiki.

Under that, I have a badge that's 32 (32.00%) of 100 completed. It is unnamed as of yet.
According to the Wiki, there are two other SG defeat badges: one for killing Lanaru 5 times and one for killing LR 5 times.
So.... what could be the one that's 32.00% done?
