Huh? What area is that? The Ski Chalet? The Tiki Room? One is an event, the other you have to buy your way in.
Also to play you just find a team in Pocket D with someone else that has the accolade.
You can get all the badges from the accolade in a set 30 mins - 45 mins and 3/5 of them can* be global. A new toon I make only has to get Customizer and Escapist badges to have the accolade.
Customizer they can just make 1 mission with a boss, publish it, takes 3 mins. - One of the Red names even was looking into making this one global
Escapist, well if all they wanna do it play well this badge is for playing 50 arcs, there you go. This badge you can get in 30 mins. -

Not because of your claim that common and uncommon salvage are off the chart expensive. Because get this, they are not, they have went down a ton, in fact I just flooded the hero market with over 1k salvage with 9,999 tickets, I put them all up for 1 inf each.
But /signed because it is annoying that the AE vendors use the same window that recipes are in and you can do the side-by-side thing that you can with WW. -
That is the thing, I think if AE is to make its way into Pocket D the person leading the low level Co-Op team should have experience with the AE.
With the Mission Engineer accolade you can create, edit select arcs where ever you may be in-game.
From Pocket D you would open up the accolade, select an arc and the mission door would be 1 of the 2 portals there in Pocket D.
I think if they did that it could even come out in a patch and not have to come out in a full issue. It wouldn't require any story behind it, which would take less effort from the devs. -

I don't expect a whole done of people sell those recipes that go for a lot that you are talking about at the vendors so this would be a worthless cause.
One of the reasons you may be feeling that not a lot of recipes and salvage are making it to the market is because of AE. A lot of people doing AE missions and when they get the tickets a majority of people roll for gold.
Actually I'm not sure about salvage either it did have a huge sky rocket in price for about 2 weeks but since has gone down dramatically. Personally I just dumped over 1,000 common salvage on the market after doing over 1k rolls with 9999 tickets. - I placed everything I got on the market for 1 inf (was going for selling badges)
Rares have went down by halfs and three-fourths. I haven't seen a rare go for more than 1 mill since i14. -
I know it has been suggested a lot that Architect Entertainment finds its way to another dimension, but this is different.
I was in another thread trying to tell the OP why I think it wouldn't/shouldn't happen, but lets not get into that.
I came up with an idea that would allow level 1-50s to Co-Op in the D, and not saying I know anything about designing this game but this suggestion sounds like it wouldn't require a whole lot of effort.
The Suggestion: Allow the two portals in Pocket D to accept Architect Entertainment missions.
The Reason: A lot of people have been suggesting low level Co-Op since even before i10 and Rikti Warzone. And an Architect Entertainment showing up in RWZ and not in Pocket D has had more people jump on the bandwagon.
How it would work: In order to create/start arcs in Pocket D you would first need to get the Mission Engineer Accolade. (If you prefer Badge-Hunter) This would mean before being able to lead a team doing AE mission you would first need to be familiar with the AE. This doesn't seem like too much of a requirement because all the badges to get Mission Engineer are available from level 1.
[u]Not looking for any input here: [u]My Thoughts: Personally I don't think Co-Op below 35 should happen with the current game. I don't see how it would fit in Pocket D, but this is the way I would want it done if it did happen.
Just something about a novice hero and an amateur villain both going down opposite paths deciding to team up at the beginning of their career, it would make both of them look bad. Rikti Warzone and Cimerora on the other hand are different extreme conditions. And it is true that the AE building in RWZ doesn't make much sense.
But the idea behind a hero and a villain teaming after their had saved the world and discovered how well they pair up and even each other out, does make sense.
Ending Thoughts: This would make lowbie Co-Op open for those who want it, but it doesn't seem like a lot of effort to allow the portals to accept AE missions. It wouldn't require putting in AE terminals. -

Maybe the team wouldn't play hot potato with the star when everyone seems to not have enough courage in their leadership.
And the solo thing would be nice since I like to solo a lot. -
How about your own mission door, and ability to open radios in your base. Also a trainer, A Longbow/Arbitar Store with every TO/DO/SO. The devs could make it the main part of the issue and use this...

You can level a character from level 1 to level 50 solely through Bases at an equivalent rate to leveling elsewhere.

Favorites/Subscription/List of Played Arcs I have seen suggested just about as much as Vehicles has, since i14 released. I still bring it up a lot.

I was hoping it would go without stating that I was taking into account that Invuln is supposed to win at tanking S/L damage. However, Dual Blades is miles behind Super Strength, Broadsword, Katana, and every other set that deals S/L damage. The same tank that shrugs of 15 Dual Blades bosses is almost instantly killed by any other set.
The point isn't that it doesn't hit hard, it simply doesn't hit hard enough. It simply doesn't compare to other melee sets.

Besides, there is a buff to CCDB already on test, that will allow the critter AI to chain together the combos better, which means you'll have the debuffs coming at you.

I just stopped in to say "no".
But, since you're going to ask why, I guess I'll go into detail. Right now is the fastest we have ever seen people go from 1-50. This is just a tool to help them out more.
Even if you're not farming on a team your own level doing AE missions, you can get 1-50 in a week.
This would also be another step in making Empowerment buffs obsolete, and they doesn't seem to be used that much already. (note the italics, not saying no body uses them) If you want a recovery bonus here is what to do.
1) Join a Supergroup/Create a Supergroup
2) If the Supergroup you join doesn't have the empowerment stations out ask them to put one out./If you don't have the station available yet, hop on one of your 50s and go do some prestige hunting.
3) Find the Recovery bonus and make a list of what you need to craft the bonus.
4) Get the salvage
5) Craft
6) Go have fun for a hour.
7) Repeat steps 4-6. -

How did that get there?

Hey, I recognized that toon name that you were receiving tells from. You from Champion? -

No gore, eh? How about sparks? Lots and lots or sparks.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ehh, still don't quite see it happening. I'm not trying to shoot you down, just trying to point out the flaw in it. Other than the gore problem and it not working out for heroes I'd be all for it.
If they could add gore without bumping the rating up to M or didn't care about going up to M, I would hope this would be in the game by i16. Who doesn't want to make a Brute and go on a Rouge's Isle Chainsaw Massacre? -
Well, when I first read the title I have to admit I thought it would be awsome. But after a second thought it sounds like a bit much.
I mean this game is rated T, and a chainsaw wouldn't be the same with out gore and blood splatter effects on your screen. Plus, you don't see a lot of heroes trying to "arrest" evil with a chainsaw (Evil Dead and Army of Darkness don't count, the guy turned half insane), so it would only work out for brutes.
Anyways those are my 2 cents, hope we get customizable henchmen and female MM pets with this if it comes out.
Edit: Oh don't pull the swords, axes and guns don't have gore either, they can get away with it barely. A chainsaw just has to have it. High RPM chain + flesh = gore. -
I think a badge for collecting 500 badges would be good. Then add a badges for 1000 badges when we get that many.

What the ---- is up with people claiming that we pay devs to do a job? That $11-$15 a month you pay is for server access, in no way is it for new content. The new content is a thank you from the devs, they do it because they love to do it. (A little bit of the need to keep the game fresh is in there too) But those issues are not tied to your monthly subscription.
The devs could stop coming out the content tomorrow and it would still mean paying $15 a month to access the servers. -
Well you guys were right.

Not sure if they would add any more to Science (Cyborg), since you already got what you paid for. I am sure Cyborg is science since it is science fiction, half man half robot. Tech would be like gadgets and stuff. But the others I like!
[/ QUOTE ]
To add on to Blackavaar's comment: Using gadgets and tools is more of a Natural thing. It's kind of a fine line, but basically anything James Bond would get from Q is in line with Natural, whereas a suit of power armor, cyborg implants, or an antimatter gun is Tech. Science is mostly chemicals, radiation, or drugs -- Captain America, The Elongated Man, and The Fantastic Four are all examples of Science origin heroes.
Freeze rays and time control might be SCIENCE!, but sadly, we lack that origin. ;p

Could be argued that Fantastic Four are mutant. They were mutated when he thing in the space station happened. -

Purple Nurples are one of the few remaining reasons to play game content.
At least as it stands now, they are above exploitation by farming.
They are intended to be the rares in this game...
[/ QUOTE ]
Problem there is since that is the only way to get them, people will continue to farm for tickets, roll gold, flood the market looking to get inf. How they see it is Gold will give them money, and they will just use the money to buy purples. -
That would be nice, Self Destruct really needs to be more noticeable. A distinct Red, Orange or Yellow would be awsome.

I just suggest that they create and enforce rules that either...
<ul type="square">[*]A) You must go to the AE building according to your level range, meaning you can't be a 50 in the Atlas Park AE Building.[*]B) You can be in other AE buidings out of you're level range but you must not be looking for a team.[*]C) You can be in other AE buildings out of your level range looking for a team, but you can not use broadcast to ask for teams or look for teams.[*]D) You can be in other AE buildings out of your level range, you may look for teams but it has to stay out of broadcast, BUT all farming teams must stay out of both local and broadcast.[/list]
I want any of those to happen before I enter Atlas, Galaxy or Mercy again.
