As for the OP, go to your bank and ask for a one-use Visa card number tied to your account. They will typically allow this.
In the meantime, what the hell is this about not getting a debit card for two months??? What kind of bank are you using?? I opened a new checking account with Wells Fargo two years ago and got a debit card immediately (like within a week in the mail). -

I don't pay much attention to exemplaring when I'm building a character, and I don't do a lot of exemplaring in general so it's not a bad thing. Most of my characters utilize their first build up to level 15-25, with more attacks, no travel power, no stamina, etc; then switch over to their second build for a cheapy respec, to pick up a travel power if I'm going for it, stamina if I'm going for it, utility powers, and to spread slots around a little better. After that, basically none of them use their other build.
Agge is my only character that has and uses two builds: her full-of-HOs Hamidon Raid build (this is also her teaming build) and her solo build, which is all generics and a couple special IOs. -

EDIT: I have seen an interesting way to do it within the game, though. There is a system for keeping track of players via "notes" that you write, /playernote.
You can create playernotes for global handles that don't exist, and keep track of stuff there:
/playernote InventionSalvage
/playernote InventionRecipes
/playernote InventionEnhancements
etc. -

Defiant supposedly has a higher population, but be aware that all of the EU servers have a low population. There is no Freedom or Virtue there... they're all closer to Guardian/Liberty/etc.

Skippy is in publishing, just like Doc Delilah. Not actually a DEVELOPER, but on the development side instead of the community side. So he's in the gray area of "kind of a dev, kind of not, but he gets a redname anyway". And they all get to pick their own redname titles.

Sorry to necropost, but I only just started looking into this. I believe both Red and Fleeting have it wrong. The proc stops working but the IOs damage and recharge values stay constant.
