NDA, it's part of pretty much any Closed Beta.
Remember, it's not even 9 am for Paragon Studios. They generally don't start things like this until 8 am - 1pm their time.

Well, it is now common knowledge that people who were in the loyalty program have access to the closed beta. As far as I know it is not against anything to state whether you have a badge and if the posted message was accurate.
In time, I'll come to forgive you.
The announcement said you would get an email. The announcement said you would also be able to see the closed beta forums. The announcement said you would also be able to actually access the closed beta servers.
If none of these are true, then you are not currently in the closed beta. If they are STILL not true by TOMORROW (not today), then PM Avatea or TheOcho.
