Follow all links. Prepare for a lot of reading.
Regular enhancements (top link) can be used from +3 levels to you until -3 levels to you. (Example: You are level 20, you can use level 17 through level 23 enhancements. The lower the enhancement is, the less benefit you get from it.)
Invention enhancements never expire. -

Start at plaync.com and then access the account/store/whatever from there. ncsoft.com is passing the wrong credentials and doing weird crap.

It doesn't matter how many times you download it, all that matters is whether your account has the activation code or not. All of the boosters are pretty cool. My favorite is the natural booster, with Ninja Run, with which I've basically skipped travel powers on almost all my characters now. I also very much like the Wedding Pack, which isn't an origin booster; it has a bunch of costume pieces that I find myself using *a lot* (especially the butler tux!) -

Roll one of everything. Try different servers. Go poking in the server forums (near the bottom of the forum list) for "global channels" to make grouping easier. Have fun!

That looks exactly what I had when my card was overheating, prior to 'nukular' meltdown. Random textures would go all psychedelic and crazy, but it wouldn't necessarily be the whole screen or every texture, and otherwise the game looked and functioned normally.
