Having the same problem. Game loads up fine, was actually running great prior to I21, now it runs then maps out. Here's my Hijack this.

I used to challenge people new and old, to a race to PI or from one side of the Hollows only using sprint to see who makes it without dying. A friend and I made it an art to do this.

Nope, tried all combos to the colors/power. Still no go. I wonder why it's not working right. All it does is the Tarzan yell/beat chest and power goes on... but no animation for power.

I was wondering if anyone has heard, if or why the animation changed/got removed for this power?

You can make a team of all blasters/tanks/defenders/etc and smash through missions/Task Forces and all.
