It didn't (I'd rather it did, I dislike tarzan-ing for Integration), The animation doesn't play if you are moving when you activate it.
As for the effect, it's still there, unless you changed it to Mimimal FX at the tailor(or if you made it a very dark color with the 'Bright' effect--that will make it transparent).

It's not working for me either, I think it has something to do with our computers and not the game. Right now i got a Nvidia 8300 and 1gb of ram. Then an Amd Athlon 64 x2 3800 processor. Anyone know if that could be the problem?
Nope, tried all combos to the colors/power. Still no go. I wonder why it's not working right. All it does is the Tarzan yell/beat chest and power goes on... but no animation for power.

edit: forgot i had one on my main account. i checked and it indedd is not showing the fx. the animation is playing though.
