  1. Looks great. Something to ponder on Hibernate is if you find you dont ever need to use it, except for maybe an unfortunate/unseen retsu crash, you may prefer to slot it for end recovery.
    Getting the born in battle and high pain threshold accolades is all that's needed to put you at the hp cap, a useful place to be ^.^

    In my going rogue pvp design, i sacrificed super jump for tactics so I can hunt stalkers in zonal, hehe.

Having enough +rech for perma or near perma Dull Pain will mean you'll be at the HP cap (1606.4, the same as a defender/blaster/troller), this will improve your regen powers as well as adding to your survivability. I disliked tough/weave on my regen stalker, so swapped it out for shadowmeld, with the +global rech i have for my perma dull pain, it's up every 30secs or so. I really like it ^.^ 3 numina's in health and fasthealing will give you some +hp and regen for when DP is down if you decide not to try to get it perma
  4. As you can tell by the month long no reply, No one is willing to go through the hard work and effort of designing you a build for nothing.

    If you'd like to try and design one yourself, and post it here, i'm sure we'll all chip in to smooth it out and tell you where you're going wrong, or offer alternative slotting to help your build.

    Put in the ground work and people will be more receptive and willing to offer help.
  5. Not a bad build I'd take out one slot from Kuji-In Rin and place it in hasten, it'll still be up perma and you'll benefit from 16 seconds faster rech hasten, which will benefit all your powers. I'd drop Recall Friend unless you reeeeally like the utility and get combat jumping instead,you could still whack the 2 BOTZ in there this would also push you to soft cap for melee and ranged defense.

    Looking at Kuji In sha, it's really overslotted, you have 3 doctored wounds, but you need none of the set bonuses. either go for 5 doctored wounds for the recharge bonus, or think about replacing with 3 numina's to get the +regen, +hp (pretty much how you've slotted Hibernate) I've noticed that even with all the +hp accolades you're a fair distance from the hp cap, so you might like to do this

    Replace the end/rech lotg in Hide with the Defense one, Hide costs no endurance, but does get to AOE defense cap on it's own, so it'll be much better with the defense io. (this also gets you to the defense cap without swapping recall friend for combat jumping, but i reeeally think you should get CJ :P)

    I'm usually quite happy with the range of placate in pve. So you could drop the slot with the +range IO and whack it in Hide for the +HP or so you can drop the Kismet +6% global accuracy unique into hide, which you may find useful

    Maybe think about dropping 2 slots from Water spout, whacking them in stamina so you can 5 piece the performance shifter set, I think you'd prefer the bonuses you get from that, but no worries if you don't wanna

    I'm not a big fan of some of the powers you've picked, but i respect you wanted them as they're fun for you to play, so i've not looked at replacing powers only enhancing them, hope some of this helps! as for pvp, I can help you with an RV build, but that's about it, hehe.

    Blinding gets my vote, if you can eventually afford the coercive persuasion set, it fits nicely in there, with awesome bonuses. the Confuse part of the power is only a "chance to" of 50% to critters, i cant recall the numbers for chance on players. Coercive persuasion helps with this, as it has a 33% chance to confuse IO as part of the set.

    well i'm at 24% dmg bonus and 50hp below cap, so not too worried there, but i get your point. my main issue is my AS only has one proc in, not sure if i should sacrifice the 2.5% ranged def from there in order to proc it out Will think on it, thanks for the input

    It would except there's no .prv file for starters. I've made sure there's no hidden files etc, and it's definitely not there. when i run the renamed cohupdater it just says connecting and never does :/

    I'm guessing this could just be to do with the volume of people trying to connect to the server too.

  12. I really wouldnt worry about losing out on Power Thrust as a damaging attack, most people use it for it's kb. In the past i've used it to mule the kinetic crash set, giving you kb protection and a nice global rech bonus. You've got plenty of better melee atks in EM and you should have more than enough kb in your primary to negate the loss of power thrust.

I've taken Acro instead of TF, totally forgot about how much -kb i'd need! I think i've been focusing on Recovery a bit too much maybe so i'm shuffling round set bonuses now

    EM/Nin

    Hey hey, I'm currently in the process of levelling and designing an EM/nin with PVP in mind, I have a rough build to show you, if you have any hints/tips for me. It's not finished and i've got 3 slots i've not placed yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    P.S How much defense should i be aiming for, bearing in mind the DR when in pvp? As it'll effect what sets and where i put the remaining slots

  16. I'm finding the tanks with Earth mastery spamming stone prison and fossilize quickly negates Shadowmeld if you've not popped it beforehand, we've had a few nights with lots of tanks in RV over here on union.

  21. Sorry to hear you're feeling so bad! I'll be around on wednesday for the spawning. as for EOE's, i'll wait till we meet up on the wednesday to sort out who can hang around one of the nights to farm for them, i know have about 20 left in the base. I'll fill up the base with them as much as i can, then as team leader my team will have access to my base and the insps and collect as many as they want (must remember to allow access to everyone, lol)

    Nay imo. The range of this power is too unpredictable with people dropping out of it plus the -tohit can be a little annoying. My experience as an empath on the past few raids showed that at times, i would be darting about in order to rez non team members when i had a spare rez going (my emp has 2 rezzes thanks to the dayjob accolade)

    I don't think your build will be too tight, as you should only take 3/4 atks as healing and buffing is what you'll spend all of your time doing, with no time to atk really. My emp has Super speed and super jump (I found fly to be too slow, just personal preference) and phase, with 3 atks from the rad set and all the empathy skills.

    I'd personally make sure you have your heals 6 slotted and optimised for heal/rech and a bit of end redux ( I quite like 5 doctored wounds, cheap and decent bonuses), I dont think i can say anything that you wouldn't have thought of yourself, as you're quite a smart guy I'd think about grabbing phase too, so you can escape out of LoS should you get targetted. Also i'd grab Recall Friend. If the build is gona be specifically for the raid, i'd look at 2 slotting rez for rech too. Slot Fortitude for defense as opposed to +ToHit. Oh and i'd go Power Mastery for Power Boost, for tasty heal others so you can avoid using absorb pain too much, hehe.

    Tbh, i can't think of much you'd need to slot differently for the Hami raid than normal pve/Tfing. Everything i've said above pretty much applies to normal PVE, hehe. Sorry if any of it came across as patronising
