You're probably going to want a bit more ranged defense (I see you have extra slots, put one of them into Blinding Powder to 6-slot the purple confuse set, as the 6th bonus is 5% ranged defense). Biggest thing I noticed is that even with all your accolades, you'll still be about 30 HP short of the cap (1606)... you should try and get there if at all possible. You've only got 4 points (!?) of KB protection, you should have at least 41 and up to 45 if you can fit it in. Should have the Kismet unique in Hide. Take Invisibility instead of Grant Invis. You don't need Total Focus (AS, ET, and Sharks should be all you need for attacks). If you could squeeze a bit more damage in you'd be set.

Cheers for the advice, getting rid of TF means i'll have a few more slots to mess around with to try and get the bonuses needed. I've taken Acro instead of TF, totally forgot about how much -kb i'd need! I think i've been focusing on Recovery a bit too much maybe so i'm shuffling round set bonuses now
Will repost when I think i've sorted it, hehe.
I actually found that by focusing almost solely on + dam, + recharge and + acc in that order, I can get by survivability-wise by simply living in retsu that is up more then down.
However, the crash tends to be an evil midget popping out of the corner(AkA Con) at the worst possible time.
Hey hey, I'm currently in the process of levelling and designing an EM/nin with PVP in mind, I have a rough build to show you, if you have any hints/tips for me. It's not finished and i've got 3 slots i've not placed yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S How much defense should i be aiming for, bearing in mind the DR when in pvp? As it'll effect what sets and where i put the remaining slots
