  1. Bye, Paragonwiki! I'll miss you!

And, can I have your stuff?

Given that, I find your post trollish and ignorant. Way to spend previously earned respect.
I am very comfortable with a lack of respect from you.
  3. So... last year, if you wanted to run it with just one team or a trio, your plans for an intimate event could be stymied by having 30 other people show up uninvited; but now you can control 'the extras' by pre-forming a league.

And last year, the event could be started with a small number of players which was likely to end in failure.

And last year, you might never get enough people to show up, but now can be run by a preformed league that only requires *4 more* people more than the magical comfort zone of a team of 8 but is guaranteed to start nonetheless and very likely to be successful...

    ...that's a bad thing.

    Got it.
  4. There should be a healing bubble happening during that fight.
  5. No more word play on popular expressions? Sad. I was looking forward to: Have a Penny Leave a Penny -- Need a Penny Kill a Penny.
  6. Lord of Winter's Realm was designed for multi-teams, and in most cases, required multi-teams. So, nothing's been changed except not allowing Incarnate/tricked out toons with the power of multi-teams to solo/duo/trio it.
  7. Stacks:
    • St. Louis Slammer (30 uses per recipe... I got it up to 240 charges)

    No Stacking:
    • Envenomed Dagger
    • Resuscitator
    • Recovery Serum
    • Power Analyzer MKIII
    • Ethereal Shift
    • Plasmatic Taser
    • Stun Grenade
    • Smoke Flash
    • Revolver
    • Med Pack
    • Kinetic Dampener
    • Hand Grenades
    • Gabriel's Hammer
    • Backup Radio

So, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say they allowed the Slammer to stack because they're selling it at the Store. No change for the other temp powers. Someone's going to have to buy several Zombie Survival packs and tell us if the Holy Shotgun now stacks.

(Although, Steam Jump and Jump Pack stack their time, which was a nice surprise.)

Proof it's a time lapse. Which makes sense since they're filming at night, thus, each frame needs to have a large time exposure (large for photography) in order for what they're shooting to not be dark. This causes the light from a plane to be a streak. And for the blinking strobe light to appear as two to three dots.

So, do you believers still want to believe?

My experience is that I am logged out at about the 24 hour mark. And if I close the browser much earlier than the 24 hour mark, I am not "remembered" and have to re-login.

But the best thing is that my history is indeed remembered even if logged out. Previously, the 'log out bug' would very annoyingly reset my history. That's not happening anymore for me.

  11. The Blueside Zombie Skin was made to recreate the old blue boards which people wanted... but not me, I use the red. If I were to create a blueside skin for me, the colors would be a lot more muted.

Also, the colors are changeable in the script file, just put in the hex RGB colors you want.
  12. No wonder they keep crashing on Earth if they move at that speed so close to the ground.

  15. Well, you can choose the forum's Villain skin but then apply my Hero Zombie Skin so that it's blue and appropriately widthed. See link in sig below.
  16. In the CoH novel, the Furies seemed to be the only Incarnates left over from the Ancient Greek period. They were sort of guardians of the Well, and certainly not the Well's minions.

At one point in the novel, they start getting worked up over Stephan Richter's transgressions and start powering up like a Dragonball Z character. But Marcus calms them down and asks them to leave Richter to him. But you can tell that if they progressed to their full Well-powered vengeful rage, they would've torn Recluse apart.

WRT to the Praetorian Furies: Cole killed his best friend and broke trust with the people he was supposed to protect (especially what he did to the denizens of First Ward). The Furies want him dead dead.

Well, actually. This pack would be a big boon for a non-vet new character. It would give you a full attack chain at low levels, self heals, and a Pet to help you kill your first few EBs, and with Beginner's Luck, the Temp Powers would hit. Still costs too much, but in this situation, it would be useful.

It's pretty much superfluous for a vet or high level character.
  18. Never worry about slotting Necro for End. Only multiple Sapper hits and the like will ever budge their Endurance bar.

Edit: ouch the endurance use on that build, even with Cardiac
    /continuing tangent...

Cardiac saves it. Originally had the the recharge Alpha and kept running out of End. With Cardiac, I never run out, even leaving SS and Sprint on.

    Oh, yeah, Magenta.

I blame my poor elementary school primary color wheel training.

  22. Also, Tar Patch is a pseudo-pet that's 'hitting' the spawn before you as a player can hit them. That transfers a lot of immediate threat to the owner of the Tar Patch. All of the spawn will want a crack at the Tar Patch owner before they can get their threat list reorganized.

The real shame of all this is that the Tar Patch dropper can be out of sight when the foes spawn. This will confuse them (where's the Tar Patch owner?? must... punch...) allowing you to get in a few free hits and grab their attention. Then the Tar Patch owner could pop back out.

I am calm. And I'm calmly pointing out that it's *wrong*. Maybe you with the feaux f word should calm down.

The color theory is wrong. The terminology is wrong.

It's not that it's not comprehensive, it has bad information. It serves no purpose for a 'primer' to have wrong information. A primer could just as easily have correct information rather than false or misleading information.

If you or anyone you know doesn't know why your printer's color cartridges come in Red, Yellow, and Cyan; rather than "the primary colors" of Red, Yellow, and Blue... then your 'primer's knowledge' of colors is seriously outdated.

It's the equivalent of a grammar primer rehashing all the old 19th century rules of never splitting infinitives or never ending sentences with a preposition. Or a science primer presenting atoms with electrons orbiting like planets. It's not good information to know.

You mean the one where the first major tab doesn't make it clear you have two major choices to make and the second tab doesn't make it clear that this step is optional and the third tab which has blurry and nearly non-sensible pics of the ATs and the fourth tab has an easy-to-miss sub-tab and then when you leave the character creator you have a tutorial screen with 'enter' and 'next' and aren't sure which is supposed to do what?
