Snipes are useless in stalkers. A stalker is like, kill, move to next, kill move to next. A snipe with 6 seconds activation time is [censored]. The enemy could easily get out of line of sight.

I thought the same thing but after playing my scrap for awhile without i dont really need it. barely have any end problems in WB, and if i do get low i just pop a cab or use elude.

It is a toggle which uses no endurance. I tried issue 11 on test and my elude dropped although hide still worked.

That means that hide+stealth IO will give you a very very nice cover when elude drop, most things wont see you.

If you want PvE go super strength/fire armor. If you want pvp, wait for energy melee/willpower. Good pvp combo sets are also the EM/elec, SS/elec, SS/fire works too and EM/fire.

ToF cant stop Foccused accuracy. So you either fought in a duel at WB (not 50) or you fought against crappy players. Unless you used elude. Because Toggles and ToF, there is no way they can stop focused accuracy.

You dont need Endurance red on claws. Specially on stalkers many things are 2 hit job. In Scrap time you can use retsu.

For pvp, get Spines/ninjitsu. For PvE get mastermind.

Also, dont even bother with Mu patron. Take Scorpion if you want pvp in RV, elsewhere dont take one at all, they suck massively.

Unless IO'd you dont need Health. You also need Hide slotted ASAP with 3 def 2 end, if you plan to pvp.

Then I wonder what kills those opponents when I use my Placate + MG combo on them.
Acording to my experience MG does not only crit but does downright scary damage while doing so.

Oh, and since the OP asked about it: Yes, I have level 50 dark/dark stalker. It's very powerful and one of the few stalker powerset combinations I would invite to a team.

And regarding that toggle question: Yes, CoF and OG unhide you (and CoF is next to not-managable endurance-wise). Nonetheless OG is very nice. I use it for tanking when the brute has to run.

Placate hides you. At least a sucessful one. That means an attack from Placate is a Hide-attack.

I took Mace on my Bots/Dark to stack Web Cocoon with Petrifying Gaze so I could hold bosses. It works quite nicely, although it's somewhat annoying that you can't fully slot it until level 50...

Mace Mastery is generally the best PvP Patron Pool because of Web Envelope's -jump/-fly/-recharge effects, the +defence shield will also stack nicely with all the -tohit that /Dark MMs do.

The only other patron pool I'd really consider getting would be Mu Mastery for the Smashing/Lethal/Energy resistance shield (it also contains the only AoE immobilise MMs can get that prevents knockback, which is VERY useful for Robot/ MMs to keep foes in the Assault Bot's Burn missiles patch).

All patrons suck for Villains, even Devs admitted that. Although what Maelwys said, Mace is good for -jump -fly + hold which can work both pve and pvp. All other Patrons fail imo.
