Yeah I was gonna say, these estimated dates are a LONG wait, especially since i15 is very light in content. -
I'm sure with universal enhancement slots they'd probably have to make a new IO set type, cause in CoH logic universal enh slots would pretty much just be a spot to build set bonuses/slot ur numinas/miracles, just like an auto with a proc. (lol dmg procs, chance to dmg yourself every 10 seconds)
Unless of course, slotting regular enhancents in ur universal enhancement slots gave you a related bonus, a dmg enh giving x bonus to ALL forms of your dmg, and end down, etc (Now that I think about that, I want >_> -

A) If I recall there was a certain bind for saving all the currently-being-played character's binds to a document or something, and a way to load those exact binds on another character. (Was it bindloadfile or something?) Basically I just want to load my "trademark" binds onto every new character I create in a second instead having to type in the dozens of em each time as so.
B) Is there a way to do this, but with window UI? For example, all my characters (like their binds) tend to have a certain arrangement of the windows for the UI, this to i got to fiddle with on every new character I make. Is there an easy way to save/load the UI for easy access like you can binds? -

Its also 2 procs, in that sometime the heal goes off sometimes the end, sometimes both, but its not guarenteed to give you both end and HP.

My Plant thorn perma has 80% ish rech, 30% ranged/aoe, going for just perma dom is sooo 1 year ago.

Tonite I did about 4 30 mins Arenas with my 50 scrapper and a 48 def and only got 4 peices of salvage. The first time I tried this I got one drop (wasnt a biggie) but since then nothing. I average about 45 -49 kills per round.
Perhaps the code knows when the other toon isnt doing anything?

On a side note, RttC is still detogglable by even the measliest little insect of a mez in PvP, just because of the puny -ToHit, this is kinda annoying for /Wps.

hardly worth it tho IMO. Better off either using a dmg proc or -res proc in one of ur attacks or putting a unique in RttC.

Yeah severely doubt this is fixable unless they either fix the set amount of targets for the melee AoEs, or rewrite the code altogether, the current system doesnt do postitions.

Kinda iffy about the increased recharge/end cost for the thorns powers and the increased dmg, I'll have to test those. (But thats me just being picky cause my dom already had enough damage and he just barely gets by without having to use psink so i'm probably just whining lol)

Just cause a bane from my vill SG switches sides and goes to the hero super group doesn't mean the chars in the hero sg shouldn't be watching their backs <.<

PvP was nerfed from the get go, and then they pulled a Jack Emmert on it.....(because another round of ED was sorely needed to fix the flaw) the best the devs could do is make the zones and arena into a giant pocket D or they could heap even more ED on it.

Basically poison would probably be a bit OP'd if it had /traps poison trap (along with noxious gas), so they gave /poison the ugly duckling instead.
