Shannon wasn't misinterpreting. Shannon was worried in-case other people might misinterpret. You've misinterpreted that much so far.

Also taken this to a full misinterpretation. I would expect Archy's tanker, to not have to obey, the common game mechanics known to most everyone in game.

Against AVs, he could be standing next to them AFK forever if for example he is a level 50 and the AVs are all level 25. That's a claim any Tanker can make therefore making such a claim would be a m00t point without more clarification.

Clarification would help to make Archy look like he is either not being over-zealous, bending the truth accidentally, being deliberately deceitful or simply making m00t point to fuel his own ego or possibly something else.

But if you really want to know the AVs I've tested against have been Mynx, Siege and the Rikti dude which I can't remember the name of. All level 50 or 51.

If I was the OP and made this build with the unlimited expectation of being afk in front of "any" AV expecting to be alive and have "any" team alive when I came back and pardon the expression "I might want to hunt you down and from your shoulders remove your head" or atleast demand my money back. Despite it being doubtful that anyone would take a comment seriously as law I still felt some clarity would be nice...just in case someone does have the wrong expectation.

Also if you can go AFK for a lengthy amount of time in front of an AV as a Willpower tank; whilst the team is fighting them; then most people would conclude the team didn't need a tank for that period of the fight.

Only one that seems to have the wrong impression is you. Where do I say anything about teaming? I simply state that I dont actively have to do anything to stay alive whereas both my invul and ice tanks wouldnt be able to. *sigh*

Given that in this thread I have already said it maybe better to focus on PvE and level first and then go back to PvP. I don't see a problem. If I said carry on with PvP then no that wouldn't be the slotting.

See...I consider my deriding of your slotting far more contructive than most of your posts. Advising anyone to slot damage in Freezing Rain is a waste of forumspace. Freezing Rain should ALWAYS be recharges, end reduction, def debuffs in that priority order - and if you feel really silly some range. Never damage.

In 2 secs I can almost cast the equivalent of 16 * the damage of Blind because F.R. can hit 16 and constantly over waves of multiple targets its dps can be worth as much as over 3 * Blind's.

On the french server I am not normally outside of an 8 man team even at this time which is 4 am.

So yes I do damage slot it and when it comes to IOs I have 6 slots worth frankensteining.

Only thing where Stimulants better than ID is that it offers sleep protection and ID does not but you can sort that with a heal if needed.

Stimulant recharges 3 times as slow as ID, duration is 25% shorter, uses almost 3 times as much endurance, it's interruptible + ID gives smash/energy resistance.

Think that about covers it.

NinjaEdit: Having said that...I wouldnt necessarily take ID. Even if its a good power it's one I only take it if I can fit it in my build. Choice between the two then it would always be ID though.

90% will negate most incoming damage unless we're talking streakbreakers or the common 5% chance to hit. Furthermore theres the whole leveldifference, tohitbuff calculations...

Base Storage sorting:

Enhancement tables sort after: Level, Type, Name maybe alphabetical.

Inspiration Collectors sort after: Tier, Type

Rework the droptables:

Move some of the more specialized sets such as Snipe, Immobs, Sleeps etc from the "big" TF and Trial tables to be mobdrops maybe?
