Sleep only breaks if damage is done, as far as i know.

To put it another way: anything that changes the current hitpoints, up or down, will break a sleep.

Good point, although that would be fairly rare as Frostwork (IIRC) is the only non-self max HP buff and all the other ATs with self-HP buffs should also have mez protection.
