Will the Invention Costume Piece be shared..(CNTD)

Heya, I've just bought and Invention Cosutme Piece, and all the parts needed, Then I created it, and then gave it to the character that bought it. I logged off and created another character hoping to add the costume piece to her, but it doesn't give me the option to look at the 'Back' and add 'Wings' etc. Will the costume piece only be available for the character that bought it!?

Invented costume pieces are only available for the character who crafted it, yes.

I really should do something about this signature.

Is there a way of transferring a the recipe to another character (can you bid on your own auction or something?)

Yeah...you bid on it in the AH. Not exactly expensive. Otherwise you have to get someone to help you transfer it.
