Stargate Universe? I liked it too.

There are now rumors of the franchise continuing through other mediums, but they haven't been specific.

It won't be the same though...

That makes sense, it'll probably end up being that way.

I was on a run of the Magisterium trial on beta last night, there's a show stopping bug that makes Tyrant self destruct while you are fighting him and the trial fails.

I'm sure that's gotta be a top priority for them to fix, hehe.

I know it's on the current beta build, so maybe with I23?

I believe the stats are the same as far as speed/jump height.

I actually searched for it on YouTube so I could see it in action before I purchased a month or so ago.

Hey! You're from Victory too! I've seen you around

I created a thread for my PB build last week and the community was gracious enough to provide assistance.

I actually asked the same question about Chance for Buildup, you can see it and the responses I got HERE.

Personally, I 6-slotted a Superior set of Kheldian's Grace on my Nova cone attack (Bright Nova Scatter).

I also read someone's opinion that they would rather slot the Form Empowerment ATO on a power they don't use because they don't feel the bonus for the 6th enhancement is worth it.

That build is actually quite similar to mine now (though I went Agility alpha), so it should work out for you. As to the boosters, you click on the enhancements like you were going to slot a different one, and while having your mouse over the enhancement you've chosen, hit the + button. Make sure you hit enter when you're done, or it won't keep.
Great to know! I should have figured that out when I figured out how to change the enhancements levels, hehehe...

I am actually working on crafting Agility Alpha so that I can slot it and see what I like best.

Yeah... I see what you did.

I can definitely do all of that.

+5 on Hasten recharge is not a problem at all (I have lots of boosters from Super Packs), I was planning on applying a few here and there, but to be honest... I haven't figured out how to apply them on MIDS

I really appreciate all the input, I may give this build a try tonight
  8. Yeah... decided to take the slot and use it somewhere else for now.

Here's the updated build, please be gentle

  9. If you mean the line that says "Your attack strength has increased temporarily", I actually just saw it for the first time!

Thanks for the reply, I still have a couple of changes to make to V2 of my build and will post it on this thread.
  10. What's the consensus on slotting Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control: Chance for Build Up on Nova?

I've seen it on a few builds here and I currently have it slotted, but don't know that it's actually worth it.

I've never seen it do anything, but then again, I don't pay a lot of attention to the Combat tab.
  11. Seen it too, mostly during I-Trials I think.

I think it happens when a certain buff is received?

I'd have to pay closer attention and post back.
  12. Thanks for the suggestions, I am working them into the build as much as I can.

I will post an updated one once done

    What are/is your goals/playstyle?
The reason I underslotted Photon Seekers is because I'm not much a nuke-using person.

However, since you bring it up, I do see now that 5-slotting Kinetic Combat may not be worth it. I probably didn't pay enough attention to the set bonus and thought it was something else.

I could definitely move some of those slots to Photon Seekers though.

I chose Glinting Eye because I like the power, I know it's less desired over Gleaming Bolt and I could be persuaded to switch those. Would you leave the additional slot on Gleaming Bolt, or just use the one slot it comes with?

I 5-slotted Entropic Chaos on Nova Bolt for the recharge bonus.

White Dwarf has 4 slots at the moment, is that too many?

My playstyle is basically being able to do a little of everything. I enjoy Nova to do AoE damage (and some ST damage as well).

I switch to Dwarf when I need to be able to tank, do minor damage, and "control" a little with Flare.

And I stay in Human form in between and to focus on ST damage (Something that is lacking in my current build. Human form on my current build is basically useless except for using buffs).

Another goal is to get Light Form as close to perma as possible.

    Thank you for your reply.
  14. They'll probably be deleted. I think the safest bet would be to have a character store them in the enhancement tray.

I assume you claimed them from the Character Item section and then e-mailed them through regular in-game mail?

Because I know regular in-game mail expires, I don't think Character/Account items do.

Not 100% sure there, I'm sure someone else will chime in.

  16. Hello everyone,

I have recently returned to the game, been 3/4 months now, from a 5+ years absence.

After playing some of my old characters, I fell in love with my PB (Thunder Light) that was stuck in the 20s.

I'm finally 50(+3) but I realized I made mistakes when I first respec'ed (I was surprised to find the Fitness pool was now inherent).

Now that I have played more, I decided to make a new build and I am currently working on it before I go through another respec.

I have examined many builds posted here and borrowed a little from each to what I believe will work for me.

I currently cannot afford to use purple sets. So while I will appreciate suggestions regarding purple sets, I am not using them on purpose.

Right of the bat I want to say that I'm person who doesn't use/enjoy nukes a lot. You will notice this on my build.

What I would like to know is whether I'm making a huge mistake by slotting certain enhancemets/sets, or whether one of them is not necessary because of something I missed, etc.

I appeciate everyone's input in advance, thank you!

Nice. That will help out alot, thanks.
Catalysts will make your ATOs into a Superior version. However, when you do this, they will be bound to your account and can no longer be sold.

Converters can be used to convert IO/ATO enhancements. There are different categories of conversions, and they all take a different amount of converters.

If you want to convert an enhancement to another one within the same set, it will cost you 3 converters.

If you want to convert an enhancement to another within the same category (from one healing set to another healing set, etc.), it will cost you 2 converters.

If you want to convert an enhancement to another withing the same rarity (rare to rare for example, category and set will be random), it will cost you 1 converter.

You can purchase converters with R-Merits, A-Merits, and E-Merits. They also drop from mobs.

    Here's the market description...

    Quote:
The Team Transport power summons a vehicle that teleports the caster and nearby teammates to the active mission's entrance. Teammates within the transport radius receive a prompt asking if they would like to be teleported to the active mission. Heroic alignments summon a Longbow Chaser and Villainous alignments summon an Arachnos Flyer. It can be used once every 30-minutes.
I saw one spawn last night in DA, but I wasn't in the team that used it.
