  1. procs work best on powers that normally do not do damage at all. choking cloud,artic air are two that benefit most from them. pbaoe toggles can be wonderull also like blazing aura,quills from multiple proc slotting If you can solve accuracy,damage and end problems via other sources and hamis.
  2. I would rather them stand till than follow me around on some of the maps. nothingworse then having useless npc's following you like someone in highschool yelled fight!!!! and they only watch when you get to the next spawn.
  3. try searching for the challenge arcs that have been posted. there are a few very nasty ev/av combos intentionally put together to slaughter most teams that encounter them. I encountered an extreme level ninja mastermind/willpower eb in a spawn with an extreme fire/storm troller. and the minions were freakin illusion/plant.

    we spent half the mission confused and the other half either placated or being attacked by invisible enemies. we had to get a couple of us to drop our damage for some buffs to counter them.
  4. i got one the first one sold on hero side in that market. it went for only 480mil.
  5. change the reward based to simply "AWIP" that would be for all work in progress. this would allow people to test their arcs and receive rewards while testing. and any arc not polished enough for reviews just yet could be put here. "cough moo cough"
  6. wait a minute there is a partiel server maintanence on tuesday where some stealth stuff could have happened on certain servers that have not effected the other half of the servers. I only notice that this morning when half the servers are in unknown status. this maintanence is also having the words "for maintenance and publish." the publish part of that may include some server side nerf to tivkets and since i am on pinnacle last night my tickets may not be effected
  7. i know i got more tickets on a story arc tonight my self i got 800 total on a small warehouse map killed everything on the map too
  8. I would say to bug it and see definately do not post it here that sounds large even from a farming point of view though I don't fill my team and try any of the larger maps, if you bug it and they tell you it is working as intended then feel free to runit as many times as you want.

    Also why were those missions removed. no one know especially the ones written down and noticed to not be there anymore.

    if those missions had exploitable items/enemies on them they deserved to be taken down.

    My point of rikti cows was meant to be about the riktis that were bugged giving double rewards in mission architect. those were exploits being taken advantage of. I mean come on a level 50 yellow conning rikti giving more xp than a level 54 lt? if they were taken down they deserved to be taken down.
  10. nothing in that thread contradicts what i said. what were his cows and whatever else he was calling the enemies he was farming. most likely they were rikti cows. and was abusing an exploit. that thread also are arguing that farming = exploit. the devs have never said farming is an exploit. farming is repeating content for the sole purpose of rewards. must i break out castles link again?>
  11. I know of no one who had a farming mission removed. unless they,

    A. Found an exploit and abused it.

    B. advertised an exploit.

    those rikti farms were exploits. they were removed. there are countless farms set up Identical to existing dev created missions for example the Improved demon farm. made so villains could have praetorian demons to farm if they wanted to. They all have story lines, they are no more of an advantage than the original dev created missions just more accessible to heroes and villains.

    there are player created farms for mission architect badges. all kinds of farms. if yo hear abut a farm arc being taken down that means they fouind something giving more rewards than it is supposed to and an exploit.

    that statement says the devs are against farming. stop saying what the devs beleive by intepreting their actions. They are fully capable of coming here and saying whether or not we can or cannot farm in this game. I challenge you or anybody else to get them to come here and put me in my place. You cannot quote the devs when they have not put anything on the record. castle is the only one who has even touched on the subject. and all he did was explain their definition of farming. he didnt sayfarming was an exploit. he didn't say farming was not allowed. All any of the devs want is for us to not find exploits and abuse them. farming is not an exploit.

    no where has a dev stated that farming = exploiting. period prove me wrong. I am so tired of hearing the devs said this and the devs said that. and no one brings in a link with the quotes and they never pop in these threads and explain anything short of castle defining the word farming as the devs were concerned. prove me wrong pm the dev you think will pop in here and go on the record. They will not mainly because they know that people who participate in farming is a very very large portion of the games subs. This isin't like when some of the same people were telling the pvp teams that left due to issue 13 to get over it. the incredible amount of spam you are complaining about proves that it is a very large portion of the player base. Like i said prove me wrong I have searched and searched for an actual dev post that states their actual position over whether farming is allowed or not. and there is none. There is a difference between them not liking it. and it not being allowed.

    Heavies in RV...

    the hero heavy can one shot villains very quickly.

    the villain heavy can one shot a 8 man team of heroes if they are attacking it in melee. I am more scared of the villain heavy than the hero one.at least if your teamgangs up to kill the hero heavy the whole team doesn't wipe at once. one or two make bite that bullet though.

  16. ninja mastermind/storm lt's at extreme for both settings.illusion/trickarrow minions and a boss fire control/storm all set to invincible. That boss battle wil be very very ugly

    Edit to make sure you use small maps to ensure the boss fight is in close 1/4's

    SOme one said earlier that spines/fire should be removed. I think spines/fire is a very very good farmer. with properly slotted tentacles can solo or herd spawns and demolish them rather quickly. And if it is a farming team where it has access to fulcrum in a dual farming scenario it is just a beast unmatched in farming capability. hop in the kins farm just long enough to grab fulcrum and go kill 2 spawns before it wears off then go find the kin again.

    defender storm has not been "fixed" yet. so you wouldnt have missed the recharge on your lightning storm.

    Castle, if this is true, then the patch note is an outright lie. The patch note claims:

    If this change was instead to correct LS, VS, and the turret becoming too powerful, it would have been much better if you had just come out and said so. It would also have been nice if we had been notified that this was a bug and that a fix would be implemented when it could. Instead we were lead to believe that this was intended behaviour and slotted accordingly.

    I am extremely unhappy with the change. But appreciate your forthrightness. LS, VS, and the Turret became too powerful and now been nerfed. This happens to fix some other pet's AIs as well.

    then give us full disclosure. what numbers were used to show that lightning storm as used on live is overpowered compared to what it was designed to do. Another question is when can we get a detailed list of how each power is designed. maybe if we had this information we wouldn't get so upset when you state that the way something is working was a "bug" I am trying very hard to not be ugly and insult anyone over this change. It has made me very upset that the staple power of my ice/storm has been gutted and that now i am being told it was supposed to suck all along. That is very hard to swallow when it is my very first 50 that took me almost a year to get to 50.

    MA good for PvP?

    all i know is i have to pretend im playing issue 12 zone pvp while in some architect missions when they have custom enemies with hide............ never sit still always jump the entire mission. thank goodness they don't have access to stealth i/o's

  25. to be honest i do not think anyone knows how the numbers currently work in regards to elusivity right now. mainly because the in game numbers seem to be really off in pvp right now. if some one knows I haven't seen it posted anywhere. i have heard that there are some powers that allow elusivity to stack but i forget where and how much.
