Hey, when swiming in water, I've noticed that any cape other than the original (pre-CoV) capes will vanish when underwater, this is a problem for both CoH and CoV and quite noticible.

How did you know he was held at all if you where still taking damage? I thought the way you tell if he's held is because he stops attacking

At the end of the day, it's a PvP zone. As they say, there are no rules in love and war.

Can Blasters get some more unresistable damage to compensate? Since even with detoggling we where pretty ineffective against tankers.

The only place he wont spawn is Atlas Park.

I've seen him in Talos and he has apparently spawned in the Hive aswell.

Kronos has the advantage of having some really high damage attacks... Babbage has... a slap and elecric blots...

Break-frees were originally Disciplines, which didn't negate holds, they only added defense against them. For a while you could trade in bounty in SC and get them instead of break-frees.
