No. It doesn't automatically get on your tray you have to move it there from your inherent powers list. It doesn't activate until you are level 3.

/Traps.
It has 2 awesome powers in Force Field Generator that gives mez protection and Poison Trap that is a great debuffer and makes foes stand still and vomit.

As you can see the forcefield generator will increase the defense of you and your team as long as they are inside it which makes them harder to hit. It also gives your team protection from disorient, knockback and holds so you can keep moving and attacking. There is also fear and sleep and a couple other things that it doesn't protect you from but it's still a great power.
Poison Trap lowers your foes regeneration of their hitpoints and also their endurance recovery which helps the team take them down but it also has a chance to hold them. This hold has a special animation where they stop, bend over and throw up. there is a funny sound effect associated with it as well

/unsigned. I hate dragging myself upwards along the side of a high wall. I don't want to judge the distance in order to make it over the wall so I like to turn and travel along it until I'm high enough.

I had a wonderful time and I want to share:

I have been working on a shield/elec for the past few weeks specifically to make it an incarnate. Over the weekend I had the first chance to tank on a full team and see all the team based defense powers in action (at 28). It took a while for the team to build up and it was doing ok but still slow and a few wipes. When we got to 7 however it was suddenly a different story. We only had a dark corr so heals were sporadic but when everyone got on my butt we were charging into +2 mobs with hardly a dent in our green bars. The leader even gave a "go team" at one stage it was awesome.
