Yeah I did the same thing. I wondered wtf anthro meant in this context.
I mean we already have plenty of human stuff. I wanted some animal stuff.

I also have 2 bins dedicated to prototype elements and access bypasses.

Other than these items, I burn salvage at the empowerment stations creating w/e I happen to have the salvage for and I market the rest for 1 inf if I need the room to fill up my base storage. YAY 80 salvage slots!

Thanks for all the help guys.
If you want to have extra AoEs, it's not a bad choice.

It's just frankenslotting that happens to use Mako's. I love the Mako quad for franken.
Bonuses weren't really a consideration in making it.

If the budget was greater, more could have been done than frankenslotting.

But iirc the budget was kind of small

I am pretty sure that the build I posted is inexpensive. I guess that was the point of the build
  7. This is what I came up with. I tried to keep everything relatively cheap. Idk the prices on the some of the targeted AoEs.

There're a lot of ways to go about it.

Here's one quickly thrown together take

Ghosting, as we called in back in the day, the Cap Au Diable SF was what got me into speeding SFs. Back in the day, 7 of a team of 8 could log off and have one toon go through and complete all but the last mish. Then the other 7 would log in and all get the reward at the end.

This was all before reward merits.
  11. There is a spreadsheet somewhere of a lot of the enemies.
Idk if it's been updated or completed though.

Idk. I have never really noticed that there was a crash to hasten until I was examining the City of Data recently
  13. functionally, i think that from around lvl 30 or so the differences between enhancement effects of lvl 30 ios and lvl 50 ios is all eaten up by enhancement diversification effects

A lot depends on HOW you slot as well.

It's entirely possible to build a toon with lvl 30ish IOs and not see any noticeable difference in performance. Also you can build one that really takes advantage of the increased performance of lvl 50 IOs.
  14. Also fwiw, the wiki time doesn't include cast time.

I think you may need an additional 2.64 seconds to actually have hasten activating at the same time it expires rather than just recharging when it expires

Which means you would need ~283.4% total recharge for hasten rather than the 275% on the wiki. But that's just nit-picky on my part.
  15. alternatively, you could 6 slot hasten and take the recharge alpha boost and have ~132% recharge specifically for hasten alone and drop 37% of your global recharge for something else if you wanted to and still have perma hasten

    if my calculations are correct
  16. http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Perma

Permahasten - Hasten needs a total of +275% Recharge
    205% after Hasten's own +70%, 110% after 3 recharge SOs for ~95%

    Spiritual = 14% to 33%

If you had perma w/o the spiritual, your could still have it if replacing one of your enhancers would be the same as adding the alpha boost.

W/ 6 rechg IOs, the spiritual boost gives ~14% iirc.

    heres the formula
    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Enhanc....35.25.29_are:
let E stand for the total enhancement amount
    Code:
    Before ED After ED
    E < 70% E
    70% ≤ E < 90% 70 + (0.9 × (E - 70))
    90% ≤ E < 100% 88 + (0.7 × (E - 90))
    100% ≤ E 95 + (0.15 × (E - 100))
  17. I am not sure what exactly constitutes hard when it comes to this issue.

I have some toons I play regularly. Whenever I come across a good name, I create a toon for that name. I have more toons than I play at the moment.

I didn't think up all the names at once. Sometimes there were months in between them. However, I am not sure if that actually means that it was 'hard' for me to come up with them.

So they come to me slowly, but faster than I use them.

I have a .txt file on my desktops for any I think up. It has the ones I don't have slots for atm.
  18. Awesome info I never thought to ask about. I found a way going through the options menu, but this is much faster. It can be a pain for exemplaring builds that have IOs at several levels through out the build

  24. Also, if you will six-slot hasten with lvl recharge IOs and get the recharge alpha enhancement, you can get by with 81% global recharge to reach perma hasten. even less if you're willing to use empowerment stations.

Theoretically, you could reach perma hasten with 5 LotGs, an empowerment buff and a mere 23% more global recharge if you six-slot hasten and take the recharge alpha.
