Dr. Nick Riveria, M.D. was killed today after being impaled by a large shard of glass from the Steel Canyon war-wall. The war-wall was damaged by a Rikti Dropship that was part of a bombing run near the hospital.

Dr. Nick attained his medical degree from Hollywood Upstairs Medical College and recently moved to Paragon City from Springfield, Vermont. At Steel Canyon Medical Center, Dr. Nick was known for his exclamation upon entering a room of "Hi, everybody!” which was immediately followed by a response of “Hi, Dr. Nick!” from the others present with varying degrees of enthusiasm.

Witnesses at the scene state that Dr. Nick's last words were, "Bye everybody!"

Dr. Nick had no known family, so funeral arrangements will be made by SCMC.
