Yes. This, a hundred times, yes. I have always tried to thank the folks on my film crews because filming you guys makes the missions REAL. It's not just a bunch of demoedited models doing stuff in sequence - it really has the chaotic feel of "CHAAAAARRRGGGEEE!!!" (or in some cases, "RUN AWAY!") that makes missions fun.
And you guys are very patient about the weirdo chick oohing and ahhing at everything as I go through and film stuff. -

I found a workaround for the server list issue.
1. Log in/attempt to log in to another server.
2. Log out/get kicked out.
3. Repeat until the server list is rearranged and Exalted shows up.
It's glitchy, but I finally got Exalted onto my list and am now waiting for servers to come up. -

You can log in.
You can't get past the server select screen.
You cannot select the Exalted server. It's past the bottom on the scroll down bar and any attempt to select it the menu scrolls up and you end up selecting a different server (and being kicked out).
Grrrr. Not being able to get in I understand. The bugged UI that won't allow you to select the new server I do not understand. -
