For an Alpha, I would go with Agility... That SHOULD get you to the incarnate soft cap to all + you have capped S/L res + Perma PA.
  2. The next good attack chain is Blinding Feint->Attack Vitals. Not as good DPS, but easily achievable.

Even with a gap in the attack chain, BF->AS->SS->AS is still very very high dps.
  3. _Pine_

    Bio Armor

Parasitic Aura is definitely skippable. Other than that, no. Every power is essential for survival, even Genetic Contamination.
  4. Gonna have real trouble in late game though. A good amount of -def, and its a lot of energy damage.
  5. _Pine_

    How do you?

    What is your global?

    <--Philanthropist for newbies.
  6. The extra 3% is for Fire/Cold/Energy/Negative (and a little for psi) in Environmental Modification. So yeah, your S/L might look right, but your exotics are 3% lower.
  7. I would say all the Incarnate Costume pieces are about as far as I would want to go as 'non battle' incarnate powers.
  8. Yeah, my DA tank laughs at your activation times. I spend almost 30 second toggling, 10 of those seconds are me rooted to the floor.
  9. _Pine_

    Bio Armor, when?

I'm not sure even the devs know for certain.

    It still needs some tweaks.
  10. _Pine_

    Bio Armor, when?

If I had to guess, the same time Guild Wars 2 comes out, just to make life difficult.

    Who's first?
I just haven't gotten around to it. I want to eventually though. Maybe some weekend I'm bored.
  12. I don't have any trouble with AoEs when I have [Fire Ball]. Perhaps... get fire ball?
  13. If you plan on staying in defensive mode, you can accept the numbers, and ignore the +recov, +regen, +dam and +to hit, since those are going to be wrong. If you want to plan a build that is tough without defensive and defensive is there as a cushion, you will be around 5% short on everything, so plan for 50-53% defense to all.
  14. >.> if only scrappers had Traps DB/Traps would be nifty.
  15. In before the thread is deleted!

This would be considered modifying the game client and will prolly get the thread deleted, and either a nice reminder PM/email or a ban
  16. Go for Ill/cold controller for happy fun GM soloing
  17. _Pine_

    EM/Shield

The scrapper version will do better than the brute version, because Your two powerful AoEs, Lightning Rod and Shield Charge, summon Pseudo pets, which have a damage cap of.... 300% iirc? Thus your fury damage will not be utilized on these puppies, which makes Scrappers out damage. Also, scrappers get better use out of the +damage of AAO than brutes, because they have a higher base damage. (did you know that even tankers have a higher base damage than brutes?)

These two facts are the reason why Elec/Shield is better on scrappers.
  18. _Pine_

    Omega Slot

That would be really dumb, for ranged toons....
  19. Arrien, no no no and more no's!

Putting builds out like that will just confuse more people. Slot attacks as attacks, don't use positional bonuses for typed sets. More problems that I will not go into.

This will do just about everything, OP.

You could do some cool things with the tiered system as well. Each tier could add another slot, so eventually you could put up to 4 IOs into the power (or tier 2 and 3 could add two slots, and tier 4 one slot, to total 6). You could increase the amount of control and friction as you slide up the trees (imagine Fly with the control of Hover). You could add some short duration Fly speed after an Incarnate TP. You could add Jump Height to an incarnate SS or run speed to an Incarnate Super Jump. Obviously, speed could increase as you moved up the trees. You could add stealth and/or -threat to some of the trees. +perception could be a nice travel power add (moving so fast, you need to be more aware).
I need travel powers for Winter's Gift Slow res proc.

And just be a petless demon mastermind for 3 whip attacks.
  23. I betting around August 20th. Cause that's when Guild Wars 2 comes out, so I will be torn between playing my new brute, or my new game.
  24. First off, Bio Armor is still in beta and things are still subject to change. Secondly, Mids is not showing numbers correctly. You are supposed to get different buffs depending on which adaptation toggle is toggled on. Currently, Mids is giving you every adaptation buff, ignoring that the adaptations are not toggled on. So all your numbers, defense, resistance, regen, recov, hp, damage and to hit are all off.

Just wait until they get it right.

Your defense is too low, anyhow.
  25. Bio armor on Mids is not right. So any build made will be wrong when it comes out live.
