Looks great though. One of my characters has a background as basketball player (before she got her powers and had her dreams of a pro-career crushed when she got kicked from the league for having an unfair advantage) so the basketball thing will be perfect for her. -
I have a female character of max height, but what I did there (and do on all female characters) was to set the leg slider to minimum, because I think the default settings for the legs make them out of proportion with the upper body. I tend to go for the "youthful" headshape though, so it adds a little bit of height there compared to the default.

I prefer a prompt that takes me a few seconds to click "no" on over being stuck with an unwanted buff for 20 minutes...

My base is probably too large to realistically fit inside a building, so it's underground somewhere. Probably in one of the areas between zones (the regular zones seem have all the space taken already :-P), with teleporter access to and from it.

In another MMO I play, you can simply right-click buff icons to deactivate the corresponding buffs. That would be a nice thing to have in CoH too.

The end in the RWZ seemed a bit off though. Back in '06, it was still the Rikti Crash Site. Vanguard hadn't established themselves there and it wasn't co-op. -

As a result of this thread, I ran the Ouro mission last night and beat up Dr. Vahz for good times. With the Level+5 powers, I got to keep my stamina at lvl 19 so that handled the worst of the issues.
Shame no one ever does the arc any more (or so it seems). I remember back in the day, hanging out in Atlas and seeing the Infected heroes running by, covered in flies It was (is) really a distinctive arc.
