i do think that there should be a limit of when you can change your costume, like that you can only change when no one is looking.

i like the idea, but the last one need a better system.
the way you suggest it is that you can just take fly and do the event within a few minutes.
maybe add something like "you have to kill the security of X treasure to take the treasure and continue", so power pool travel powers don't spoil the thing.

That depends on your character concept, a magic hero/villain may use a spell to grant those nearby flight, or a technology origin may use an anti-gravity generator and set it to a large field to encompas nearby allies. And so on and so forth.

i see your aim, but do know that it's made to fly your whole party with you, limiting to to 2 only makes it useless.

sounds to me a bit like a ritualist of GW, but i like to see some RPG powers anyway.

one thing i see is that after playing GW for over 3 years, other games are ether grind feeding or they are extremely confusing.
first i tried WoW, i yawned and never looked at it again
then i tried LOTRO, i like it but the lvling system is just tiring.
after that i tried COX, i already had a trial laying around with a full version key, but at that time logging in didn't work.
now COX is the only second game interesting enough to play, even while i tried TR after COX i again yawned on TR.
COX is still the best game to me, i have full control of what i want and i can just do what my imagination allows.

if new hair comes, i hope some new looking ones like foreshadow has.

use energy blaster and you have water blaster, energy blasts don't look like energy blasts anyway.

mmm, i think the talk about a blueprint is about the mission builder, maybe we can make our own building in the mission and design everything till the last spot.
i also get the feeling that one of the city's we know will change, maybe boomtown will have a revive or fauldline finally has more parts of the city fixes.
