You presented nothing as opinion. Every comment you made was made definitively, as if you were attempting to present a fact. Therefore, no, I never said your opinions are factually wrong. I said the comments you were making and presenting as fact were factually wrong.

OP says they recently unlocked the permanent IO license. Means they also have the permanent WW license as well (it is lower tier).

Quote:Again, from personal recent experience (on an emp defender, no less!!), this is just not the case. You are putting way too much emphasis on some how caring that other people are doing more damage than you are (of bleeping course they are, they have level shifts, stop worrying about it). I died once in four BAFs and once in three Lams - a total of two deaths over seven itrials - on a natural 50.You didn't read what I said. I didn't say it was important because the trials couldn't be completed, I said it's important because everyone else will be playing at a higher level than you and it will spoil the experience because you'll be constantly dying and/or simply not able to keep up with the damage the rest of the league is doing. Personally, it's my biggest frustration with "leveling" up a baby Incarnate these days, but fortunately iXP, Threads and components come more quickly than they used to.
Having a level shift in BAF/Lam doesn't matter. Period. -
Quote:No, it's not important at all to have a level shift in BAF/Lam. The later ones, sure, especially the newer they get you want multiple shifts.Yes, which is why generally it is important to have at least one level shift, because otherwise you will spend the entirety of the trial doing nothing, and it will be completely boring. Not a good way to intro to the trials.
When the incarnate system was new, NO ONE had level shifts and yet we still completed things just fine. Now at least half the league will have 1-3 level shifts, making things much, much easier.
I spent the entire time on my two natural 50s (meaning no level shifts) doing things, healing/attacking/buffing/debuffing. I don't know what you're doing if you expect to have fun by doing nothing. Of course that would be boring. So don't do that. -
Quote:Keep in mind that this isn't the way most people feel. Most folks will simply be appreciative of another body on the league and the ability to finally start their activity.Do your leaguemates a favor -- try to get a Tier 3 Alpha slotted before you start running Incarnate Trials, unless you're already built to handle +4 enemies.
You might not necessarily "get in the way" without it, but you'll spend more time on your feet, do more damage and generally support the team better in every way.
I speak from personal experience of being a natural 50 on several recent itrials. Most folks just don't care.
I do, however, recommend sticking with BAF/Lam without any shifts. Maybe Keyes if the rest of your league is full of awesome. You really just can't pull your weight in the higher itrials because the enemies get shifts on top of being level 54, so your effectiveness plummets FAST. -
I updated the wiki page to put an historical flag on it. They haven't had a name-freeing script run in years, and have said they won't run it again after Freedom.

We didn't have a "virus" before, technically. Some poophead injected crap into a loophole in the Faces site. That loophole has been closed (Faces got a bottom-up rewrite), and all sites have been restored that will be restored. Anything you don't see back up likely will never come back.
OP: ParagonWiki does not have ads. Aside from approximately a year when hosted by Wikia, ParagonWiki has never had ads. And the ads served by Wikia were not by our choice, but forced on us by the folks at Wikia.
(We don't own cohfaces.com anymore so that isn't us doing weird things.) -
A quickie list of special IOs (I'm not 100% sure how up to date it is, it has all the basics...it doesn't have ATOs for sure, and PPM rate isn't included for SBE versions)

Global IOs: work until you're too low for the enhancement.
-- A level 50 global will work until you exemplar below level 47, even if the power is available. (set bonuses work this way also)
Proc IOs: work until you're too low for the power.
-- A level 50 proc will work until you exemplar too low to access the power it is slotted in. (note some IOs that SEEM like globals are actually PROCS, like Numi's regen/recov) -
Jack Black was in the X-Files, in the same episode as Giovanni Ribisi. Jewel Staite was also in the X-Files.
(I'm doing an X-Files marathon, so I'm finding a serious plethora of young folks I recognize!) -
As much as it saddens me to no longer see him be a butt-kicking badass on the big screen, he *is* nearing sixty and you gotta give him props for doing it for so long!

I've started doing a lot more street sweeping lately, but I'm not sure if it's just because I don't want to do the content or if it's just because sometimes just running in a straight line and clobbering everything in your path is just fun.
(I don't really play for the rewards, so that has pretty much no impact on what I play at any given moment.) -
I was one of those who did not have the aura when they "fixed" it the first time - I went months without it. At some point, it seems to have come back because I have it now.

Quote:What does this even mean????Wouldn't work - Very Rare IOs REQUIRE you to be level 50 - not 49 but enough exp to go level up at the trainer, you must level up at the trainer FIRST. If new slots are added to 50, it means you aren't qualified to have Very Rare IOs and thus would lose them.
Zyphoid said, essentially:
"We currently get 3 slots when we hit 50. We should get 6 slots instead. It makes hitting 50 pretty cool."
In order to get the three extra slots, you'd probably have to respec into them; ala legacy Pool Fitness requires you to respec into Inherent Fitness.
What the HECK does that have to do with slotting purples? -
Iiiiinteresting. Definitely /bug it then! I have never had it last through logouts.
Reading is fundamental! Apparently I missed it several times. -
They last for X *REAL TIME*, so you want to use them at the start of your play time, not the end.

Make the waist smaller. It'll stop clipping eventually. There are a ton of costume pieces that you have to tweak the scales on to stop clipping.

/bind <key> "+$$local blah blah blah$$powexecname hasten"
This will say "blah blah blah" in local on keypress and activate hasten on key release.
