    influence cap

has there ever been any dev confirmation about why the inf cap is 2bil?

I know that this speculation about the type of variable has been around a while. But has it ever been confirmed?
  2. can't start them w/o team mates.

Good news is that they don't take so long anymore.

I don't know of any one that can't be done in under an hour anymore if the team so desires.
  3. iirc rikti are susceptible to negative energy and deal a lot of energy and lethal

but the rikti aren't all that resistant to much.

Yes, but not at all teh same thing as a 15% dmg bonus from a set bonus or from enhancements. The 15% is 15% of your total output after all other buffs are applied, not your base. So it's potentially quite a bit more effective than many other 15% dmg bonuses

Why let your money "sleep" in lvl 53 bids? I put in optimistic bids for high dollar items. Sometimes you get lucky. You'll never get lucky with lvl 53 bids.

    And post screenies

I know your post said so, but when I try to replicate it in Mids' my results vary from what you posted. ;shrug

I have never been in a hero base. I had assumed that they didn't work in bases at all. I din't know that they did.

It would seem that one or the other behavior is bugged. But it may be an undocumented feature.

  10. If respecs are available for purchase, which I highly suspect that they will be. What will tank is the artificially high respec niche. It's currently being held up in the 300mil range. I suspect it will drop back down to the 100mil -150mil range

iow, if I were one-slotting Stamina, would I be better off with a level 50 EndMod IO or a Perf Shifter Proc? How about if I were two-slotting it? Three-slotting?
iirc, the proc works out to 0.2/s recovery

Mids' can tell you the rest. But I can't

Global warming is scientific. The controversy surrounding GW is political.

If there's some way to have a discussion on this board w/o it turning from one subject into the other, then go at it. But it prob'ly needs its own thread.

    Never seen that one before.

I learned two good things in only one day

    the other being
    bindloadfilesilent
  16. Was it published by any chance?
  17. It's stored as text file locally. So there's a chance that it went to your recycle bin. Idk how the game chooses to delete them, so it may not have gone there.

I forget what the extension for those files is, but iirc, the name will be the name of the arc, i think

I have some really, really horrible builds. I'd be glad to post them if they would result in w/e the opposite of nerfing is.

    Manually, it's like this;
    [ URL="http://www.creyindustries.com/affiliates.php?id=13613"]or like this?[/URL ]

I added spaces after the first bracket and just before the last bracket so it would show as text

There are an untold nuber of places where one can go to discuss this topic. But there aren't as many places to go for CoX stuff.
So, anyone who wants to read the crap or spew it, has more options than those who want just CoX stuff.

There are places where you can go to talk about them though.
