there is one power i know that might be fun to have, but i dunno if marvel is gonna wave there license tab because of cannonball.
be able to lance your self against a target, so you do extreme damage and knocking the enemy away a bit, but in return you're stunned and lose a bit of health.(2% or so)
i know it's not the best, but might make things interesting. -
for a game team, i don't see why something like this would be here anyway.
it's a waist of time and there are plenty of places to do the same..or even better, also the money isn't worth it if you consider that you need to keep a game running to. -
text files of this kind are mostly made this way so you need X program to make your PC understand it, a bit the same as with a PPT file, you need power point to make it work but just opening it with notebook makes it plain text.

i do like to choose where i get out too if it's not a problem, might be useful for when i need to get to steel when i entered in atlas.
one restriction tho, you mush have entered the portal there at least ones in order to make it work. -

so for all i know, this could be based on the Q2/HL engine, or the first unreal engine.

Aion uses the Crytek engine, not Unreal. (You may be confused with Lineage 2, which utilises the Unreal 2 engine.)
City of Heroes uses its own engine.

i know it's using it's own engine, but it always has a base line similar to another engine.
HL is actually Q2 with an upgrade, and when steam came, 24 bit textures where possible.
the COX engine has to have something similar.
i'm asking this for a simple reason, if i know the basic lines then i know some of the limits better then currently.
for all i see is that everything is inscripted like a map full of scripts and pictures, but when i know a base line, i might be able to help to find solutions to problems which is still in.
not saying i know it all, but i have my ways to get trough problems. -
i rather have them NOT buff me, most of the buffs have annoying effects and some even destroy my character story.
i was ones in a team with an ice troller, but my RP character is lord of hell.
A LORD OF HELL DIES IN ICE, IT KILLS, NOT PROTECT.
even after i told him 3x not to put that ice shield on me, he just ignored and kept casting ice shield.
i left the team, they asked why i left and after i told them why, they just said that i have to deal with it....
all and all, just ignore the rude ppl, and ask if they want a buff if you're in a team.
group invisible is nice, but brutes and tanks are useless when they are invisible. -

what about a respec that doesn't reset your AT, but just makes you able to re-choose a power for the cost of another.(within your lvl ofcouse)

i know some solutions, but i dunno if it's within the limits of the engine. -
while suggesting some things, i always have a full story about engine limitations.
but up until now, i don't know what the engine can and can't do.
but now i'll take my time and ask the questions first before posting more suggestions that are, again, not possible because of a weakness in the engine.
1.) is it possible to make water so that we can dive in it, swim deep and even have an empire under water?
2.) what is the limit in speed?
3.) is it just not possible to make different colors for powers or is it more because it takes a massive amount of work?
4.) what kind of power, that was on the drawing board, isn't possible?
5.) if something isn't possible currently, but a different team working on a different game knows a solution, do you take the trouble to let him work on it or do you just ignore the problem and say "it isn't possible"?
6.) is glassy shine skin possible on the current tight skin or do you need some engine updates to make it possible?
7.) if you make a costume, do you just create one skin or do you need 3 skins?
for now, that's it, but i might come up for more questions. -

i can't at all, my maestro card is dutch, so it doesn't work on the online store.
also, the only way i can pay is ether trough the paysavecard or a dutch/belgium system called IDEAL.(but IDEAL isn't something NCsoft is willing to use, so i'm stuck with one option.)
it's more NCsofts choice, ether allow the slots being bought trough the NCstore, or just miss more then a ton of profit.(and this doesn't count for COX only BTW) -
1) remove weapons from elemental melee and replace them with actual melee attacks.
2) make hurl so that, instead of jumping higher, you can double jump.
3) add electric armor to the tank
4) give sprint a small ability after lvl 10, so you can slowly run against buildings.(good in combo with ss)
5) make energy blasts yellow and remove the bubbles, so we don't have a water beam.
6) make a speed buff in MA so you can attack 3x faster then normal, even the animation is faster.
7) make fly a lot faster when you're 500 yards from the ground.
8) put a larger range in teleport, with even the ability to click on the map to teleport.
9) give force field less protection but being able to attack.
10) add an ability to dash, so you can sorta quick-move by double tapping your movement buttons.(needs endurance to move this fast)
can go further, but then it might sound like the game is behind the time..... -

if it takes that long, how slow is your connection anyway...?
my medium download speed is just over then 500kb/s and only takes around 1:45, if it takes a few months to you then you just have a download speed of 20b/s. -
IMO they should make a small differences in each server, one with a slow XP rate but a lot of quests(RP server) and one with a slightly higher then normal XP rate but less quests to do.

i would never enter the contest even if i would have a big chance of winning, i really don't like AMD and ATI has failed me several times.
if they at least had a quatro core from Intel, maybe, but still. -
i've a blaster fire/energy and it works quite good, you blast everyone away and anyone to close can be knocked back.
the best thing is with fly and teleport, you fly out of sight of an enemy and teleport right at front of the enemy, but in the same time knocking the enemy away.
for the rest, it's all about what you like the most, what do you have as villain and try to mimic that in a hero.
i know it's hard since some things are really villain only, but working around it might help you search what you want. -

the cyborg pack is at least useful for everyone, not exclusive for lvl 50 owners.
using it is your own choice, but having a power for a VEAT like the PB makes it a bit to exclusive for a small group of ppl. -
i only hope that, if they put it in EU magazines, that it's not another contest.(had that with a GW mini, they should have given enough for the giving.
