Edit: one to add: Be allowed to set your own level cap on matches, so if someone is levelling a toon, they don't have a +3 level gap from their opponent(s) while keeping an essential power or two. etc

To expand on Techbot_Alpha's point, all the current sets have at least 1 very unique power that works wonderfully with the set:

Gang War
Smoke Bomb
Soul Extraction

etc.

With the MM damage multiplier, and the sheer lack of practical usage found in the attacks, compared to the more active MM secondary sets (leaving aside for the moment actualy tactful MM usage), putting some ill thought out pets with a bunch of fire/ blaster ports = fail

Heck, i looked up [Hover] before posting, had nothing in the detailed info about it. As Col. said, if anything it's resistant. Caltrops and Quicksand are still going to sting, whereas I presume some MA/ attacks of 1 stack of web grenade won't instantly drop you from the sky

It used to bug so that it bypassed KB effects. Powers like quicksand and icepatch also didn't have a height component. Both of the above have been changed in recent patches.

Hover grants fly, and +def. Nothing more

Again, looks fine.

DE don't debuff you, they buff their own tohit with the Quartz eminators. Make a bind to target them first with the patron ranged attack or somesuch and you'll be fine

They no longer have the bow powers. They were changed for Shuriken and Exploding Shuriken.

The patch following also removed the quiver from the costume, to better suit the power changes

WAI (apart from the buff icon thing, I guess. But they still get the power...at least my Ninjas do)

Depends on the Set, to be honest.

Bless my Ice domi, she has no psuedo hold like fire (Immob & Stun), so the mass hold is pretty essential if you want to get some hard control in on the team...otherwise it's just ice patch, slows, popping lucks like they're going out of fashion.

..that or mass sleep..because *so* many teams work well with sleep powers, right?

I find it's useless on my fort, and mind/ sets, as cone fear, mass sleep, mass fuze = up faster, just as good.

All in all, as I say, depends. My domi's recharge is stupid high, so I'm using glacier almost every second mob, and few other powers make me smile as much. However, i hate hate hate flash on my illu/ troller, as the recharge, base acc, and everything about it is dumb.

Can't offer any sweeping generalisations i'm afraid Except that on a Fire/ take if it you can fit it in, certainly helps to have it if your ghetto-hold doesn't do the trick

As much as I love my /SR brute, if it's large mobs of Nems, the +tohit will squash you. If it's CoT demons, the +acc will squash you etc.

But regardless:

The build itself looks pretty good. Nothing I can add to it, and no glaring flaw that I can see. Best of luck to you
